Pros: "Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable."

Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late."

We were sitting in the terminal for 90 minutes prior to the flight and never heard an announcement to go to the transfer counter prior to boarding. We already had boarding passes issued when we embarked on our connecting flight from Ljublana to Brussels. I was hammered by surprise with a 90 Euro extra bag fee but did not pay a fee for this extra bag on my trip to Europe from Dulles. This bag was a small athletic bag that was just over the carry on size limit and did not weigh that much because it only had clothing and shoes. Ryan Air pulled a similar stunt on me earlier this year and I've decided never to use Ryan Air ever again. I'm adding Brussels Airlines to my list of airlines never to fly again because of these ridiculous baggage fee policies. Really shortsighted business practice on their part. Lufthansa all the way for me!!!!"

Pros: "I had booked the Flexiplus service well in advance, when the prices were not too high. Less than 24 hours before the flight I changed my date at no extra charge. The ticket allowed me Fastrack access through the crowded Luton Airport security with minimal delay. For boarding, the gate was well segregated and I was given priority service the moment I arrived. The flight was delayed due to fog and we were kept well informed even after we had boarded. After a further delay due to fog, the cockpit was opened and passengers allowed to show their children the cockpit. The crew were always very polite and welcoming and kept everyone in good spirits. During the flight we were kept informed of progress. The front seats were also a bonus."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. Pros: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Cons: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Cons: "They charged me £45 for my hand bag which was smaller than the standard handbags in other airlines, I had bought priority check-in service but still they didn't allow me to check in before anyone else, as I had to go to a separate queue to pay for my smaller than normal sized hand baggage ( in all other budget airlines its more than acceptable and was slightly bigger than Wizz Air allowance), the WizzAir hand baggage size allowance is way way too small and its a trap to make money off unsuspected passengers like myself. They were rude at the boarding gate and non-apologetic. Did not sympathize with me, although they were nice to other white passengers, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, specially after the Paris attack all brown skinned men were viewed as a potential threat I suppose and did not have a good experience in the flight as all passengers were looking at me funny! Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"
