The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
Austrian Airlines was fine - it was the Munich airport’s system for boarding with new EES requirements. Instructions were confusing, waiting lines were LONG and many people had to run to catch their flights.
It was very bad. We were delayed for 2.5 hours. After 9 hours traveling from Vienna to Washington my airplane was not on time. It was very frustrating
1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.
The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!

OK, would prefer some meat for dinner, not just pasta although was tasty. There was only one dish, no choices
Accommodate the passangers at the gates. They only allow groups 1-3 to sit near/at the gate. We had to wait 3 HRs an had to look for a seat far away from the gate. Other than that was like other Airports.
From all the segments I flew it was the only one I did not get the option to choose ni seat, I did not get the quality of seat I had paid for. Crew was nice, airplane was clean, but no food, only water and a small courtesy chocolate. Everything else you had to pay for.
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

The flight was 1h delayed. There was a flight attendant making announcements in the cabin, but it was impossible to understand whether the information was important or not. (Although whatever she was saying, it was clearly meant to be communicated to the passengers.) From the way she spoke, it sounded like Spanish, but only thanks to catching one word out of every five or six — mumbled through her teeth — I realized she was actually speaking English. It was quite embarrassing
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"
Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.
Payd for long seats for our parents and because they don’t speak English fluent they have moved them. Absolutely scam!

The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

Communication was impossible: feedback was missing, no alternative communication options are offered. Check-in without feedback and the status was unclear at the airport until the last minute. A whole weekend under full stress. Never fly again but never use your platform again!!!
One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat
The flight was delayed as they were waiting on catering. Catering. Was eventually delivered but they still had no food. No meals for us in business class - just a bag of nuts.
Not as bad as from Newark to London ,but that doesn’t mean I will book with them again
