Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Pleasant, relaxed flight. I had 2 seats to myself, which was a bonus. I couldn't find a flight tracker ap so I could know where we were but that's a minor complaint. On the plus side, the passenger announcements did not come through my earphones but were on main speakers only. That was a nice touch.
Flight delayed by 3 hours 45 mins and no explanation given or apology. Rebooked on a flight departing to final destination 48 hrs later and baggage not delivered.
My outbound flight was grounded in Lusaka so we never made it to Paris. DO NOT fly this airline you will be stranded and your plans will be completely disrupted

Poor communication: Flight come directly to kigali , didn’t come via mumbasa. Favouring to Rwandan passenger to move from economic to bussiness class after flight depart. Where they don’t asked other older passenger who need more comfort. Rude staff : chekin airport at Mumbai. Talking in local language (marathi) while serving and no sorry no thank you attitude.
I appreciated the vailability of wheelchair services for persons with mobility issues all the way up to the aircraft. What could be better would be the food choices.

First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!

I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.
Very bad, flying business but have no benefit of it. the crew was rude and I was not offered any food at all. I called them 3 times but none of them came. I was sick at that time and none of them helped me. an hour before landing they came to offer me food. it was too late because my stomach was already very painful and I was vomiting. I nearly can’t walk to immigration. I was forced to cancel my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in stockholm to recover my health.
The cabin crew members were so exceptionally good. They were always respectful to us the passengers and were professional. I also enjoyed the meals.
It might have nothing to do with the airline but the only problem was the long waiting for baggage claim at Entebbe

Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
