Web page link does not work n only music on call or one second attempt - answered in India aftrr 15 mins !!
During booking process - to let renters know they don’t do local rentals. So I booked and didn’t get the car I rented.
Overall terrible costumer service and have to chance cats 5x they smelt like vomit or didn’t work
Our vehicle smelled like cigarettes. We had to clean the interior. We could not get the smell out of the vents.
The insurances were to much. I have an black mastercard that covers all of my insurance but they did not accept it. The want to charge me like three times more than the price of the rental. We dicide to loose the price that we already pay for the reservation than pay that insurance. We went to alamo and they treat us like people. Such a bad experience in that rental.
The employees at your location were wonderful! The car functioned well and was what we needed.
Hidden fees upon arrival. Car was not ready upon agreed time. Poor customer service, not friendly. Long wait lines. Entire staff very unprofessional.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AN UNETHICAL SCAMMY COMPANY. There was a long wait for a shuttle to the rental site and then a long line. Then, the employee told me our reservation was canceled because we didn't show up on time. When pressed, he admitted they had 150 reservations but only 50 cars and just five currently on the lot. We scrambled to rent from another provider (at a 25% higher cost than our reservation) and wasted two hours of vacation time. Other customers were in the same situation. The shuttle driver for the return trip to the airport confided that he "has seen this before". I believe Routes is a fraudulent operation that preys on unsuspecting travelers and hopes to profit if they fail to get refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
After making a reservation online for pick up at 10am, we waited almost two hours before getting our car. The car looked fine however had a issue where it shakes when you go over 30 mph. So we really couldn’t drive it on the highway without feeling it would break down. So we only used the car in the city for one day. Returning was a bit easier. We were the only car in the return queue but still waited about 10 minutes before an attendant came to us. Then another 15 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive. Overall customer service is poor. But the worst part was definitely the quality of the car. We didn’t want to go through the wait again to exchange the car so we just kept it and stayed in the city limits
