The customer service was amazing, especially when I returned the vehicle. Not saying the pickup was bad but coming in from a long flight and looking for nexcar and they not having a prominent poster like everyone else was a little frustrating. They provide me the vehicle I had chosen, also the counter experience and picking up the vehicle and dropoff was different than other car rental places. I guess it's more self reliance than I was use to. I wouldn't change anything! I will definitely be looking for them for all my rental needs in Alaska.

I am still requesting a refund. I did not take the rental, deception, misleading advertising, they charge in spite I cancelled the rental because they did not honored the agreed purchase contract. Unlimited miles offer became $50 per day at the counter, $14.99 per day unlimited tolls became $18.99 per day at the counter, I have a complete written agreement including terms small print. They are professional thieves that are hurting the public, no transparency, they mastered deception. I am still fighting for my refund. I will report the case to the Federal Trade Commission and to the Consumer Protection Agency. NextCar are absolutely shameless.

We booked the rental same day, and when we got there the agent said there wasn’t a car available. I had to rent a car from another company on a different day because of this blunder

The deal i registered for online said Unlimited Mileage. When I picked up the car I was told I only had 200kms a day, a total of 400kms. When I showed the clerk the email he told me I had to read the terms and conditions. My point is on the email it clearly states Ulimited Mileage with no anchor point directing anyone to read the terms and conditons. The deal was in my opinon false advertising as any reasonable person would read the Unlimited Mileage as being part of the deal, as was visible upfront and centre as th3 main proof point. I feel this was very misleading.
