Toilets need to be cleaned up from time to time during the flight and supply of toilet paper etc... should be at hand. It takes too long to disembark passengers.
Last minute wanted to check our luggage as the plane was boarding and almost caused us to miss our flight. Flight crew unhelpful and not friendly

At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.

Overall experience was good but the aircraft condition was old. Some of the facility were not working properly like TV remote. Food was also okay.

The aircraft seemed old. The window shutters/dimmers didn’t work so there was no way to avoid the bright sunlight coming in my face. The entertainment touch screen was also not functioning properly.

Seats are not so comfortable or that much leg room in economy. Asian airlines do much better n seat comfort. The entertainment system on this 777 is old and unreliable. Poor viewing aspect and screen resolution. On a 13 hour flight the passengers deserve more for their money.
Because of a sudden mobility problem, for the first time ever I requested mobility assistance. I assume your personnel providing this assistance are some of your lower paid. Their assistance in Bangkok, London and Manchester was fantastic; I wish I had recorded the names of each helper so I could praise them individually. They smoothly got us through check-in procedures, delivered us to boarding gates. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to them. They made what might have been an unbearable trip totally trouble free. Thank you all.
Basically ontime although a bit delayed getting started. Crew was attentive . Food Ok. Seating could be a bit better.
Somewhat tight seating. More reclining of seat would help. The gate was the furthest away possible requiring a very long walk.

I was charged for the extra kgs, as per the ticket it was mentioned 23kgs of baggage is allowed on each ticket, but Jet Airways charged me extra amount on each bag, costing me another 7500 INR at the Delhi airport. I have booked 2 tickets from Kayak and both were charged extra. Horrible experience.
