Never in my life I had to pay for coffee in a flight My seat was not cleaned after the previous flight. I found trash belonging to previous passengers on my seat.
No delays. Reasonably comfortable

Plane arrived late - no updates from the gate crew. ...coffee and soda is not free...

Flight was delayed, update from the gate was 10 minute delay, actually the delay was an hour. Paying for beer and wine on a national carrier - really. Service was one and done, if you missed the first pass the crew were not coming back...you can however walk to the galley.

I enjoyed the attention to detail and comfort. Helped to make the flight easier to handle.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
Very friendly crew going out of way to assist in making trip comfortable
Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
Everything was perfect on the flight. The service, the food and the crew.
Seats are a bit small. Not very comfortable and touch screen of entertainment system was slow.
The stewardess was top-notch, professional and friendly

Boarding was confusing because there were few or no announcements of which zone was boarding, and it wasn't clear exactly which desk to proceed to for boarding
For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a 4 hour delay in Toronto. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again
Connections to US destinations now require your checked in baggage to be processed before you can proceed to your connecting flights. The real problem is that this is no sign or communications describing this. Everyone is simply stopped in the corridor and told that they cannot proceed farther until their name comes up green on a monitor. Unfortunately the monitor switches displays so frequently that it is almost impossible to read. In addition to that it seems names do not always appear on the monitor unless you get your boarding pass scanned a the desk (this is not communicated to you unless you ask why your name is not on the monitor at all). People late for connecting flights (because of inbound flight delays) are required to wait without explanation sometimes needlessly if they don't have a checked bag. A nightmare if you're trying to make your connection. In addition once you've cleared that hurdle you need to go through security again (something we were unprepared for since we were already in the secure area. You then proceed to customs and then your connecting flight (if you haven't already missed it by then). Allow lots of time to get to your connecting flight, and ask to get you boarding pass scanned at that mysterious "checked bag" stop in the corridor.

The crew was great. I was lucky to get a comfortable enough seat. Not the one I actually booked and paid for but still it was ok.
I was told I was placed on standby for this flight despite the fact that I booked this flight and paid extra for the chosen seat far in advance. The boarding was chaotic. Very poor communication. The flight was very delayed.
The seats would recline too far so that people behind would get their range of motion uncomfortably limited.
The crew was great and the flight itself was fine
The checking in experience was chaotic. I was told I was on standby for my connecting flight to New York. The flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half.
