KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from Bristol to Aberdeen

  • Once you have landed at Aberdeen Airport (ABZ), it is fairly simple to get into Aberdeen. Hiring a car or taxi is a more expensive but very comfortable option. If you want to save money, then the airport shuttle bus, Jet 727, will take you to the city roughly every 10-30min. Local buses called Stagecoach Bluebird also run this route at a very good price.
  • If you are flying with British Airways and prefer to use your mobile phone for travel arrangements, their nifty travel app will make your flight experience seamless. Book your tickets and all your boarding passes will be in one place, on your app, for easy access. Print out your boarding pass at home or at one of the British Airways airport kiosks.
  • How you get to Bristol Airport (BRS) from the city centre depends on your priorities. Taking a hire car or taxi will be more expensive. The Bristol Airport Flyer Express bus operates 24 hours a day and has direct access, taking roughly 30min. Trains do not run direct, but you can take a train from Bristol Temple Meads Station and transfer to the Bristol Express bus service.
  • Loganair no longer allows minors under the age of 12 to travel alone because of certain child welfare issues. They have tried to rectify the situation by allowing a drop-off fare for parents and guardians to accompany the minor at a reduced cost.
  • Loganair allows you to check in for your flight online beginning 96 hours ahead of time. If you check in at the airport, you have until 1 hour to check in, but there might be less seat availability at this late stage.

Logan changed the schedule so I couldn’t use the hotel rooms we’d booked which were non refundable. £250 down the pan!!

Everything was fantastic. My trip was short and sweet. No problems. Just remember. My paid checked in was i belive 2 to 3 lbs overweight. I believe I could have been given a discretionary pass rather than paying or unpacking. Especially as flight was probably half full only. Thank you

I really enjoyed the good hot tea and biscuits. I loved the tartan plaid head-rests on each seat and the fact that there were all different. The crew’s uniforms are very sharp looking, too.

I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better

Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.

Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.

Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
