These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

I flew from Santa Fe to Denver to catch a flight to London and the transfer of my luggage on arrival at Denver to the London flight worked perfectly. The crew on the ground and on board for the London flight were so friendly and efficient.
Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own

These airplanes should be illegal. The seats are two tight, it is a safety issue. Wheelchair support was ridiculously slow. We almost missed our flight.
It was a short flight so I was expecting too much
Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
Uncomfortable plastic seats even in premium economy. No free wifi. Even paid wifi was spotty to nonexistent. Bad food. Much worse than economy on foreign carriers like Qantas.
Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
