A true budget airline experience. Had issue with luggage tag needed customer service assistance, but there was only 1 agent open for the entire airport. ONE! Almost missed my flight because of that.
Always select priority to be able to take carry on luggage and board first without hassles.
Shady baggage policy that forces you to pay more money at the gate, even after you checked your bag dimensions during the bag drop. Will never fly again with this airline.
The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great
Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating
It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....
The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
The flight was delayed by over an hour which seriously disrupted my plans in Milan.
They lost my luggage. They don’t even know what happened to it at this point. They think it’s still in the departure city.
It was good; the only down side is that once you get to the airport everything is self service, there is no one assisting. I felt like I was working while I was on vacation during the check in process and dropping off the luggage. Really uncertain on what the airlines use payroll nowadays.
We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)
Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
As you would expect from a budget airline Left and arrived on time, no frills, not even a glass of water offered But you get what you pay for
Total jobs worths over carry on bags, charged £96 extra for bags that were clearly hand luggage
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.
Flight was cancelled and I didn’t arrive until 11 hours after I was scheduled to.
It was a short flight, no real service (which is okay). Very bumpy because of weather.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.
BA has not been handling priority luggage with any special priority. This time our luggage was distinctly very slow to arrive, well after the first half of items to arrive. Business class flights cost a lot and it would be nice to have that reflected in the speed of baggage handling! (I note that this has worsened in our long experience of BA.) On a different note, we spent 2.5 hours on the plane after landing because of an airport mishap at Boston Logan. The pilot provided reasonably frequent update but more could have been done to ensure passenger comfort, such as more beverage and maybe snack services.
Delayed suitcase - terrible service to get my suitcase next day, I was informed it would arrive today in the afternoon (Jun/28). Now, I was informed I may or may not receive it until 3 am (Jun/29).
Generally very good. I think their service is better than some other big names I used to travel with. Their food variety is second to none - and you can place order beforehand. Their seating design is a bit awkward for service, I'd say. Flight attendants must be tall enough - long legs and arms - to reach the window seat passenger while crossing over the isle passenger. Also appreciated the variety on entertainment.
Could have used more leg room for “business class” which is basically coach with a middle seat blocked. Crew was friendly, attentive. Zero entertainment.
Poor service, antiquated plane with 2-3-2. B-class config upstairs. Tight and not comfortable—not what I expected for paying B-class! AND my bag didn’t make the transfer, bag will be delivered the day after it lands!
Worst airline in the world. They downgraded me from business class to economy with no compensation.
Far easier than I expected it to be. Checked in online & had our boarding passes emailed through. Straight through security & boarded on time. No issues.
Very efficient boarding. Plane lready for take ooff10 minutes before time.
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found
It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.
4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
