Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.

Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR

Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.
5 hours delay - minimum communication, no compensation, no support from Airline. Terrible customer experience
Flying under Economy Class shouldn’t mean having to deal with such uncomfortable seats. For an overnight flight, it is expected that the seat would recline a decent amount. The food portion could have been more generous. There was an incident with someone by my side. They got sick and vomited. I hit the button for the crew but no one showed up. So I went to the back of the plane and explained what happened. They only brought clean tissues and coffee ground bags. There wasn’t any kind of disinfecting wipes nor any type of sprays. She cleaned as best as she could and poured the coffee ground around. The crew did not seem to care how she was doing. The coffee helped with the smell, but it should have been cleaned in a more efficient manner.
I am Plstinum Pro snd was standby on earlier flight. They gave seats to people that asked rather than follow standby order. When realized what was happening was too late to get on as no seats left. My scheduled flight was late. Then filled the seat beside me Ruth rude person that they had to move from her original seat
Both the gate agent and flight crew did a horrible job of expediting the boarding process. It was simply miss managed. The airplane was late to Tampa. Therefore, they should have expedited the de-boarding process and also boarding process. This did not happen and caused me to miss my connection. I ended up with a 7 hour hour layover just to get home. The overall flying experience on American has simply been degraded. On-time performance is a real problem every single week. This has caused me to consider moving my loyalty to an airline that has better performance metrics.
Delayed flight led to missed connection which led to new flight with 3 hours of delay so our family of 5 went from a 7pm arrival time to 1am Absolutely terrible yet again.
Wheelchair folks are great. Food not to my liking. Crew more interested in their lives than the passengers. Got the job done but just the minimum.
I don’t know why you’re sending me this. I never booked my flight through kayak. I booked it directly through American Airlines so please do not send me any information or any inquiries unless I book with kayak.
Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.
The flight had a 6 hours delay. This should not happen to anyone. Airlines should provide an alternative with no additional costs.
Paid for wifi but it didn't work once. Seats were incredibly cramped and passengers sitting in front was reclined the entire time and staff did nothing
