Cons: No power outlets at the seats? How old is this plane? As a Gold customer, I should I have had ever opportunity to try to fit my bag in an overhead before having it checked, not taken away from me. How come we haven’t used tech to know how much room is left?

Pros: Crew was good.

Cons: The aisles are too narrow. As passengers are boarding and you sit in the aisles you are constantly struck. FAA should investigate with the decreased aisle width and distance between the seats, can the evacuation be completed within required time, in an actual emergency. American Airlines is endangering the lives of passengers. And the cramped conditions are contributing to the hostile actions of some passengers. What does it take to do what is right?

Cons: Let's see, umm the plane had a a/c which they could have fixed before we boarded the plane the we had a short weather delay so neededless to say the plane we two hours late thank god I didn't have a connecting flight

Cons: The fight was fine. however on the flight to Houston they loaded one of my suitcases onto another flight. It arrived to late for me to get it before the ship left. Their customer service is horrible!!! They continually lied about where my luggage was. Never again!!!!!

Pros: They pick and choose who they thank after a flight. No entertainment, bag of pretzel for food.

Cons: Flight was delayed more than 4 hours. I switched flights to try to beat the 4 hour delay but was still delayed 4 hours. After verifying with delta t am members that my bags had been rechecked they had not

Pros: Sat in the Key West airport for five hours because of delays. Somehow the other airlines managed to get their people on and off the island. Although they say they can’t land in a 25 mph crosswind we were watching the weather. It mostly stayed below 20 mph for hours before departure

Cons: My husband and I had different boarding groups. How are the groups figured out? We were sitting next to each other. Maybe it was because my TSA did not appear on my boarding pass. Why??

Pros: Entertainment and flight in general.
