They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days."

The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority."

First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time."

No vegetarian option for food - wasn't able to eat. It was indicated we'd be served dinner on board but not that there was only one meat option (I'm allergic to mammmal meat - beef and pork in particular). Most other flights give the option of meat or vegetarian dishes."

So the e-mail service provider didn't allow me to log in. I suffered from proving that I received eTA. I had to spend much time on collecting and showing all the itineraries related to Vancouver. So I could never visit the VIP Lounge for Business Class passengers because of insufficient time.I had to go to the gate directly to avoid my flight. It was very hard time."

Highly disappointed."
