Employees don't even show up until 2 hrs before flight. Before that u r there to fend for yourself. There automatic check in system fid not recognize that we each had a free check in bag included and so we keep getting shuffled around to different lines. When in reality......they should if had one person follow through with helping us complete the check in procedure. They could of cared less and at each step we keep getting thrown into long massive lines. When 1 employee could of handled the problem from beginning to finish. Again..as I said they could of cared less and of the 5 employees we had to deal with..one was a total, rude uncaring employee . I will never fly them again!

First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Upon boarding the plane, they made us wait in the shuttle bus for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the plane. Finally, they told us the aircraft was broken and they would take us back to the terminal. They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat).

You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far.

The staff are friendly and cheerful. No food or entertainment for the short donestic flight (as would be expected anywhere for a 50 min flight)

Boarding badly organised ... signs telling you where to queue are double sided and depending which side you see first direct you into the wrong lane... Left a bit late but arrived pretty much on time. Baggage didn't arrive after a 2 hour transfer and this is the third time in four times over the past few years. I strongly do not recommend BA as a domestic UK connection after an international arrival.

BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it.

Shame !!!!

A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. Do not think I would consider using you again. 21.11.2017

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

Most parts were as to be expected

Unavoidable Weather caused diversion to Manchester. Like all airlines, Ryanair are unable to perform to expectations, and promises made (Low priority to get off plane into terminal comp to planes that arrived after us.No busses to Birmingham had been arranged for onward travel of passengers.) Etc.
