Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Thankful to be on next available flight. As a partner airline with AA. There should have been communication with AA and BA regarding connecting flight. After flying all night and then being told we couldn’t board our flight to Manchester. And then being left to figure out what to do to get on the next flight. It was very poorly handled. Then going through security again after a long journey was rubbish.

On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

After we landed the plane came to a sudden stop and the Captain told us the lights to guide us to the appropriate place were not working this was a long delay. When we got to the disembarking area we had another long wait and the reason was due to the bridge not working,eventually we went out the back of the plane. The most unbelievable problem was the announcement just before take off that both rear toilets were out of action,since the flight was late this was an issue and I do not believe that both toilets could be broken more likely that there was no person available to clean them."

The seats are very close together, making it very difficult to get in and out, particularly if the person in front of you puts the seat back. On long flights we like to get up and move around a few times, and not only is it hard to get out of our seats to do this, there is little room to walk or stop to stretch. Heathrow London is tolerable if one is going to London, but as a place to change planes, it's exhausting. The various walks feel like mazes, and going from one terminal to another, even by tram, is time-consuming and tiring. We fly to Europe often, but we will try to avoid both British Airways (Airbuses, at least) and Heathrow."
Cons: "I added a quick trip to Austria while I was in Europe and timed it so I would fly back to London and then back to LA on the same day. London had a huge wind storm on 10/21 so my flight from Austria landed 1 hour late, with that I missed my London-LAX flight on BA (that I purchased via Kayak). The BA agents tried to help me but were not able to use my Kayak ticket to re-book me or at least recover some of my investment. There was no phone number provided on my reservation and after an hour of trying to help me, they said I have to buy a brand new ticket. The cost for my return and my seat reservation both were lost and my new ticket was $1,600 (and I had to spend the night in a hotel at Heathrow as at that point all US flights left for the day). I usually book directly with the airlines because I want to avoid situations like this, so it is too bad that the one time I come to Kayak I end up having to buy a new ticket that was twice as expensive as the original one. Pros: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Cons: "First a large number of the flight was flagged for special screening which meant that they had to do additional procedures and were very understaffed as many of us talking near 100 people had to stay behind and wait for over an hour as three employees screened us in detail. This while the rest of the plane was already boarded. Thus the flight left late and arrived very late to LAX. Secondly the refrigeration on board for food was broken thus spoilong the food so we only received one meal on an 11 hour flight which we were starving and not what we paid for during this flight. They did offer snacks but when not having a full meal as paid for it is a huge let down. Thirdly why is Wi-Fi not offered on this flight. Due to the late departure and late arrival we missed my connection to TUS and was not able to make calls or email during the flight. Not acceptable. Very unhappy and will never be flying with British Airways again. I WILL ALSO NEVER LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY FLY WITH THEM. An airline as prestigious as BA needs to work better at ensuring the minimum on offering wait we the customer pays for and this did not happen. Staff was amazing and very friendly but we were very dejected and felt that your brand suffered a lot with this experience. I do hope to hear from airline about this incident as my wife and I travel constantly."

Cons: "The BA crew was awful. I was not feeling well and wanted a cup of tea. I didn't realize you had to purchase it. I gave a member of the crew my credit credit card she said out loud "your card is declined" several people heard and then proceeded to hand me my card and walked away. I was mortified. I, of course thinking my bank had put a hold on my account because I was outside the US, called them to find out why it was declined and was told they had no idea and they did even see the $2.00 charge go through and therefore it wasn't declined on the bank's end. The way she handled it was awful, no discretion. I was visibly ill and just needed something warm to help me feel better. Needless to say I will never fly BA again and will let my company know how I was treated."

Cons: "Their delayed flight from Milan to London caused us to miss our flight from London to NY, and thus our flight from NY to Denver, which was standby. When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."
Pros: "We arrived safely at our destination. Our bags arrived at our destination. Plenty of room in the overhead compartment. Due to a security snafu unrelated to the airline, we arrived at the gate after boarding was over but the gate crew were gracious and welcoming and let us board. The male flight attendant was quite nice. The entertainment screen choices were decent, and the hand-held controller was a great improvement over the touch-screen variety. There were multiple lavatories available. There was a decent amount of space by the lavatories that we could use for stretching and exercising. The wrap they gave us for high tea was pretty good."

I was sitting on the right next to the window, and there was no room for me to extend my right leg while facing forward; I had to twist to my left and extend my legs under the middle seat in front of me (fortunately my wife was next to me so I could do this). In addition, the passenger seated in front of me decided to recline his seat, nearly knocking over my drinks in the process, which left me with very little usable space. I haven't ever felt that cramped on an international flight. The main meal was very low quality. I had the pasta and it was quite awful; the sides were quite bad, as well. One of the female flight attendants was rather testy and unpleasant throughout the flight. She, and another female flight attendant, seemed put out when passengers asked questions about the food offerings, as though we should already have known what was being served. One passenger had just woken up and seemed confused and the flight attendant was quite impatient with him. The flight attendants were quite stingy with the water and only poured out a little bit at a time; they also came very infrequently, which meant that we had to keep pressing the call button to ask for more (which made us feel bad about bothering them). They would not give us a whole bottle of water, saying that there was not enough, but did, when we asked, provide multiple plastic cups of water at a time, which just seemed wasteful (of cups, not water). The timing of drink service was also perplexing: they did not offer drinks at least 45 minutes before or after bringing the boxes of salty "movie snacks"."

Pros: "BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."

Pros: "My flight going to the UK was rough, but the flight home was as solid as being on the ground. This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Cons: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

Granted, there was some snow and some technical issue since the fire alarm system was flashing the whole time, but still, there were only two announcements made during that time, and the second one to let us know that we'd have to arrange for delivery of our luggage on the website. By that time, it was past 11;30pm and everyone was dead tired, when the flight had been supposed to land at 7:25pm. I think the blame is to be laid on the JFK installations. Everywhere I travel in Europe, airports are in brand new condition, and not only departure areas like in the US. No wonder baggage delivery was a mess after just a little snow/"
Cons: "Boarding process atrocious! First a gate change from A to C gates, requiring a train to transit. Then, after walking down a jetway, we were sent through an emergency exit, down two flights of stairs and herded onto buses, and I mean herded. We (including elderly and moms with infants) alongwith our carry-ons were harshly ordered to squeeze together on a bus until there was literally no room to move. A lengthy bus ride with very disgruntled passengers to plane was followed by another set of stairs up to the cabin door. Finally, our departure was delayed 30 minutes while the bags of 2 passengers who got lost in the airport (probably on a bus or train) were retrieved. Not sure whether the fault lies with Heathrow or British Airways, but the experience was bad enough to avoid both in future."

Cons: "They ran out of chicken meal therefore offered second choice of meal which was risoto and pasta as a salad. I would have much preferred a fresh salad with fresh fruit as a dessert and a simple meal of vegetables grilled than risoto and pasta. Too much starch and too heavy. Also, the entertainment choices of movies in English were poor. I would have preferred great classic movies that can be watched over and over than new ones with a low rating. I only watched one movie. Also, found the map hard to navigate and understand. Landing was painful to my ears as usual and not sure anything can be done about that. I did take a pill to help with the pain."

Then we had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for another 2 hours, while the captain kept coming up with the weirdest excuses about why we are delayed. First they had to do a manual passenger head count, because the numbers didn't add. After an hour, he says they are finally done counting and are waiting for the truck to push the plane on to the runway. He says that since this is a A380, it needs a bigger truck that is in short supply at Heathrow!! He came on the intercom few more times in the next hour with more excuses about why we are delayed, but by then I was too mad to remember what the hell he was saying."

Pros: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Cons: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Cons: "We were delayed 50 minutes and the seats are uncomfy with no legroom. It is quite squashed and makes it worse when people put their seat back in front of you even though there are spare seats throughout the rest of the plane."

After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."

When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."

Cons: "When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Even though we arrived with hours to spare we ended up being rushed forward to check in, rushed through security having no time for breakfast as we had planned, onto a plane that then sat on the tarmac for two hours and when it got away no time for a warm meal on board."

She could use her common sense and be more understanding as I told her the zip in my bigger bag wouldn't close. The smaller bags didn't even weigh 15 kilos. We then had to pay 38 pounds for absolutely nothing. After we paid She looked at the bags as if she knew she was wrong as they were so small it really didn't justify that amount of money. We payed then she said nothing and angrily told us to speak to customer services and get out of the que as there were more other ppl in line. I will never ever use easyjet again. Will go to British Airways or raynair. Easyjet greed for money is ridiculous."

Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."

This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. When questioned why, the response was "you either do it or we won't let you fly. You don't like it? What do you want? It's Ryanair, deal with it." Very disappointing, flown many times with Ryanair but never been treated like that. Also disgusted with the new policy of having to pay to sit next to your partner of the same booking. Disgusting."

The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."
