Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Pros: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Cons: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

A nine plus hour flight and they offered drinks once, picked up garbage once and when we tried to give them garbage before landing, told us to put it in the seat pocket or toss on the floor! It looked like the plane had been trashed when we exited

Pros: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Cons: Entertainment didn't have any interesting movies or TV shows. Bottom of the barrel. No coffee or tea was offered before landing and it was advertised.

Cons: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Cons: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Pros: Nothing. I was offloaded minutes before boarding by BA without any explanations. The staff was not helpful in any way. BA is suggesting either non recept of payment or credit card fraud. Both reasons are totally bogus.

The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair.
