Cons: I wish there was access to blankets, it was very cold by the window. A better screen design maybe.

Cons: We paid extra for an exit row with more leg room and were moved to a standard seat. We were also separated from the rest of our party. We spoke to the help desk to try and resolve the issue they told us the seats we were moved to also had extra room but when we boarded the plane this was not true.

Cons: Use more modern plane for these short trips. No drinks offered due to turbulence. Old Bombardier plane had no way of storing carry-ons other than beneath seat, thus limiting leg space

Cons: Not being woke up to find out if I want something to eat or drink. Aisle seat and i was being knocked a lot. I had been up over 30 hours and was exhausted.

Cons: Air Canada needs to update it's entertainment systems. On flights to and from my destination both the audio jack and screen were broken. Also, the flight did not receive any salads, leaving this vegan with slim pickings. Get it together, Air Canada!

Cons: I do not like that mono do sale me a ticket with no baggage and never will by a ticket from this company again!

Pros: I was amazed how comfortable we were in economy. Pillows, Blankets that felt like cotton. I would fly Lufthansa over an american carrier any day. We passed through the business class cabin on the way out and I can only imagine how much they were pampered!

Cons: Since flying in the US has become expensive and painful I was not expecting much from this flight. They exceed my expectations by so much that I cannot think of anything I would change. (Ok, my chicken was a bit over cooked but that was such a minor thing.)

Cons: Flight was 3 hours delayed due to technical problems. Then it was moved up 40 min without enough time to have someone get back for boarding. Barely made the flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed about 2.5 hours. They ran out of vegetarian meals before getting around to all passengers with the meal cart, only to have tons of extra meat-based meals they were trying to give away afterward. Very little space for an international flight as well.

Cons: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Cons: Seats recline too far so there was NO space. Flight left an hour late for unknown reason. Double charged for bags on return flight. Lost my carry on after forcing me to check it (still awaiting its return). Charged me to fix an error they made on original booking. I'll never fly with Iberia ever again.

Cons: Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered.

Cons: Very long check-in line which went very slow because they charge for printing boarding passes and many people did not have theirs printed, leading to confusion. The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available.

Cons: They served 1 bottled water the whole 5 hour flight. They charged me $90 for having a backpack instead of a suitcase due to it being a “funny size.” Finally, they didn’t hold the connecting flight even though we were only 20 minutes late.

Cons: The only company that constantly delays flights. Narrow and uncomfortable places in the business class. They waited 4 days for the suitcase! They are not responsible for receiving compensation for the delay in suitcases! Where to write and call?

Pros: The crew was very helpful, gong out of their way as even bringing me camomile tea. It was lukewarm, it it’s the thought that counts.

Cons: The seats were way too tiny on this giant airbus, even for me and my daughter-in-law who are both under 5 feet and under 100 lbs. te flight was torture. Food also was not as good as previous Lufthansa fare.
