Cons: I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans.

Pros: The crew were awesome and friendly, both in the air and on the ground.

Cons: Delta communicated no reasoning for delaying our flight three hours. They also did not update estimated departure times even when it was clear we would be delayed multiple times because the plane was not at the gate, the crew were not in place, and the pilot safety checks had not occurred.

Pros: I liked the 2-3-2 seat configuration so my husband and I could sit in a 2 seat row without being crowded in with anyone else. Those seats are tight!

Cons: Everything could have been better. Boarding was terrible. Apparently the Air Canada devices did not work at this gate? Because boarding was so delayed, we lost our spot to depart. We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour. The seats were too crammed together and very uncomfortable for a 4+ hour flight. Food service did come through, but they were out of most things. It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again.

Cons: The seats were too tiny for business class. Nowhere to put anything. So close to next passenger. I would not fly business class again on BA Terrible entertainment. No interesting movies. I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.

Pros: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Cons: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Cons: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Cons: crew seemed a tad sour. came around with morning tea but without proper cups. attendant seemed annoyed when my neighbor asked for a paper cup in lieu of the plastic juice cup he already had. not a big deal but kinda weird

After 1 hr in line we were told that IcelandAir hasn't started check-in yet, and it would be at an opposite end of the same counter in a different line. Great!

Cons: There should be food, or at least a snack, on a 5.5h flight. Also the seats are extremely small. I barely fit into normal coach seats, but with my 6'7" (200cm) I was extremely uncomfortable in these tiny seats.

Cons: Packed in a sardine can for 9 hours is not fun. Being bussed out to a remote location for a wide bodied plane is crazy. At least at ORD we had a gate.

Pros: Pretty standard seats and leg room. Courteous and friendly crew.

Cons: Air Canada Rouge is pretty much the same as Air Canada except for entertainment service and I would say meal service. The entertainment service means you have to download their app, but unfortunately the streaming service wasn't always working. In terms of meal service you have to pay for alcohol.

Pros: Boarding/ticketing/getting off the plane was all super efficient and quick. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Made traveling so easy and stress-free.

Pros: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Cons: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(
