Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

Cons: "The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again."

That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere."

Were told by the crew we could not use the overhead bins for larger backpacks since they needed them for other luggage. Then someone else put their backpack up in the overhead bin and the flight crew told us that was their option."

Cons: "When we arrived at the check-in counter we checked in together with my husband. I told the check-in counter personnel that we would like to sit together. My husband was put in seat 1F and I was put in 2F. We didn't look at the boarding passes until we reached the plane and saw this. The row where my husband sat was empty (row 1) so I don't know why i was put on row 2 when we could have sat together on row 1. This is very bizarre. Furthermore I had to walk half way down the aisle to put my suitcase because all the overhead lockers were full. The flight attendant who was overseeing all this was very rude and kept telling me that I need to walk all the way down to find a space to store the luggage. She could have offered to have a look with me and try to squeeze it somewhere closer than half way down the plane."
