Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

The communication about the delay could have been better before and during the flight. Also, this online form could have less bugs. It is almost impossible to type in this window.

With stairs on a rainy tarmac, EasyJet flights are ok for younger travelers with backpack only. Seniors with mobility issues find it challenging 😰. However, the crew and disability assistance folks at both ends eased that discomfort as much as possible for their various roles. Kudos to airport and EasyJet employees for their kind service.

Trip was completely cancelled with no other reasonable option for that day; no reason given. I will avoid booking anything with easy jet

3 hours delayed Don’t understand why when you have paid for ‘speedy boarding’ they call you forward to then make you stand fir another 20 minutes in a confined space before boarding the plane.

Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.

Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.

They sell 1h /1h30min connection ticket that are impossible to make

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.

Innovative boarding process using face recognition was flawless. Excellent food. Great lounge!

The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

Baggage took two hours to arrive in hall after landing.

Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.

Flight delayed a bit. Boarding by seat row number in two parts. Flight attendants weren’t greeting boarders, they were talking to each other. In the outward journey much the same yesterday and that was a different crew to a different airport. I do get the feeling on Blue Island Flights that they have no interest in even allowing passengers to use the toilet . The flights are short but in fact they keep the seatbelt sign on for the duration.

Basic economy flight, random seating unless you pay extra, no refreshments, friendly and attentive crew, slightly late boarding and taking off. 40 minutes max all in

As someone who has limited mobility it was appreciated that the staff took particular care to ensure that my needs were catered for with priority boarding and assistance both on and off the plane.
