budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)

Didn't manage to get luggage on the plane to Bari. The luggage was checked in all the way to Bari.
budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!
Unfriendly staff at boarding gate. Unclear announcement at about gate change. Low cost airline with no amenities on board. Bring your own water.
Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day
…not even a power outlet. Nothing but uncomfortable seating with unhelpful staff.
Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .
Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
The quality of the food was 👍 excellent , I would have like to have in my meal : eggs and a protein bread, or dark bread , mayonnaise and a big cop for the coffee , cuz I am a coffee lover!
Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time
Basic flight. Great for something under two hours. Seats were a bit dated and uncomfortable
They lost my luggage and there is no update, no luggage and no hope that they will find it. It has been 26 hours since we landed

Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.
Very uncomfortable and cramped seating. Only 1 bathroom for entire economy section, most of the plane. No food provided for a 5.5 hour flight. Bad experience
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles
The airline gets you from one place to another in a reasonable time. Not much more you can expect.
I paid for priority (2 bags) and because I had 2 backpacks the boarding crew jumped to the conclusion that I had a non-priority ticket and had one bag too many. The person who spoke to me was quite rude and told me to leave the line without looking at my boarding pass that I was trying to show him. I queued to have my bag sizes checked - neither of them are oversized, in fact, either of them can fit under the seat in front of me but I paid for priority because I wanted to bring two. In the end, the same person had to speak to me and then said "you have two bags" to which I replied I had paid for them and when he checked my boarding pass he did not even apologize for the trouble.
I couldn’t understand the aircraft tannoy announcements I was in seat 20C - nobody in our row could either. Speakers a bit too quiet plus messages read out too fast. Otherwise excellent flight. (Flight delayed by 50 mins)
I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one
Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.
Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.
Good service for a budget trip. No problems at all

Booked through you used Kiwi who did not complete checking in until 24 hrs before departure when the check in was available 48 hrs before hence we sat separately. I will not be using you again.
