Really low quality food especially for an international flight. The crew also was surprisingly unpleasant except couple of ladies. I know we were not in first class but that’s no reason to treat customers as less.
Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.
Crew was good. The reservation got mixed up and they didn't have my TSA number. I am also a Silver Medallion and wasn't able to use Sky Priority.
The airport crew helped a lot, what I didn’t like? We were not informed that we needed to pick our luggage’s, if the crew at the luggage center didn’t tell me I would have been home without my belongings, I was heading out to my next connecting flight while looking for what gate to go to, I asked one of the crews for help, he told me and he also told me to not forget to grab my luggage’s which was chocking, because on my way out the country that wasn’t required, I just hope none of your customers lost their luggage’s because of this.
Delta made it easy, comfortable and timely. The crew was fantastic.
Always good but we must do something about people in rows ahead of you that don't put their seats back up when they are suppose to. And It's rough to not be able to even lean over to get something out of my purse.

Everything was fine except the entertainment was not working for half of the flight.
Easy boarding with an extremely kind attendant. Seats were spacious and we had 3 seats for 2 people so we could stretch out. Comfortable air flow and very attentive and hospital attendants. Bathrooms and food were the only negative. Bathrooms were so small you could hardly get in and close the door. I don’t think an obese person would fit or a person with a movement disability. Food was the trending food for flights, nonexistent. We spent $40 getting sandwich and snack at airport for our 6 hour flught.
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
Horrible the worst airlines I have ever flown. Cancelled flight with no choices and when contacted them they were not helpful
Because the flight was late, we lost the connection to Brazil. You, Delta delayed, and you Delta anticipated the door closing in 15 min from Miami to GRU. Why? It caused a lot of stress! I almost could not see my mother in law alive because of your delay.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep

It’s a delta flight operated by LATAM. The whole ticket sale is a mess, delta changed my flight but didn’t update it in LATAM system, I couldn’t get my boarding pass, it took me hours to resolve this issue with delta. I had to change my travel plan. No apology from Delta even though it’s their fault.
Boarding was done by woman who insisted on strict standing in line policy; food was ok; entertainment minimal
entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us
Wider seats, better seat cushions, (I felt like there was a board I was sitting on). I had the chicken to eat but It neither tasted nor looked like chicken. The fruit was good.
I was in the last row and they sent me to check in my luggage last minute after boarding. I had to go through the crowd.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
While waiting to claim my checked luggage, I discovered the airline had lost it. After a long wait and inquiries, I discovered it was on another flight. Fortunately, the airline finally sent my luggage home.
This flight never occurred because AA couldn’t get their act together.
Flight was good & early meaning the gate was changed. With gate change there were no wheelchairs & the gate attendant left without making sure wheelchairs were coming to the changed gate. I had to go to another attendant at another desk to get this done.
The flight crew were friendly and attentive. Food was good and they passed out ice cream and drinks awhile after Lunch was done. The ice cream was a nice treat! I found several movies to watch during the flight. There was many movies and tv shows to choose from. We flew Premium economy and there was enough leg room to be comfortable. The seats were also comfortable. I would fly AA again if the airfare isn’t expensive.
The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit
During service there was a garbage/beverage spill near our seats that never was cleaned up. On a relatively short flight when we’re fortunate enough to actually have in flight movies available, the flight attendants pitching the AADVANTAGE credit card shouldn’t talk for the last 10 minutes of the flight so that we miss the end of the movie.
The boarding was pretty easy. However, the first class seats are not lay flat as other airlines (like JetBlue) has and therefore sleeping was a challenge.
Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board
I wrote in my previous review that this airline is scamming customers into paying multiple times for the same bag or they will not let you on the flight. We ended up paying FOUR times for my son's regular size bag because they made him pay on each leg despite us showing receipts that we had already paid for the roundtrip bag (multiple times!). His one 17kg bag cost us $381 roundtrip because of their errors and they will not rectify it despite multiple attempts. They say they will look into it and then send me an email with the wrong confirmation number in it (not the one I gave them) and say they can't find anything. I have all the receipts and record where it came out of my bank account. I'm just running in circles. They did the same thing to my mom and her friend on a completely different flight. So, this is not an isolated incident as I now know of 3 situations where this happened and customers are losing hundreds of dollars. They should be reported to whatever agency oversees this sort of thing.
Kayak site indicated a carry on and handbag were included of which I have a document proving yet Sky insisted it was a zero fare and made me pay and additional $50 per carry on there and back.
Baggage recovery in SCL is the absolute worst I have ever experienced worldwide. You need to put benches. A hour wait is just not worth the time. Next time you can deliver my bag. Please discuss the issue with SCL baggage dept.
