I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service

I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant.

The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food.

since it was an older plane maybe it had more leg room

poor quality video and sound for watching movies on long flight attendants were brusque and ignored most passengers(except the ones with special meals) we were on connecting flight with little time in between to grab water or snack - so we sat on this flight for over two hours before we got any refreshments. Some passengers got refills before we got one. Poor execution. we had to check two bags on connecting flight (which we didn't have to do before) and it cost us time and money. Also they lost the two bags - got several days after we got back from trip huge line at immigration - we waited almost two hours will not travel on TAP again

There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience.

My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again.

British Airways rescheduled our flights. The BA website was easy to find out how to claim additional costs incurred from the rescheduled flight.

The flight was rescheduled within 18 hours of departure. We were in Spain on vacation which meant attempting to figure out how to get home with Iberia at the Madrid airport, who helped but was super agitated with us the entire time. When we asked for advice on how to proceed, as this has never happened to us before, they just kept telling us it was British Airways fault and that they had no answers for us. This took about two hours plus an additional hour back at the hotel to cancel our reservations in London and figure out how we were going to get reimbursed for the extra night at the hotel and additional costs. It would've been nice to get all of this information in an email, with the new ticket and instructions on how to claim the extra costs instead of us running around and taking time out of our vacation.

Seattle to Frankfurt aircraft was the dingiest and most crammed aircraft I have ever used on an international leg. The seats were tiny so much so that some other passengers were not able to fit in! The lighting was gloomy, restroom dirty within the first hour of the flight, no space to keep any magazine or books on the back rest of the seat in front of you, etc. Overall - such a bad experience. Not expected from Lufthansa, especially as I have had great experience with Lufthansa earlier.

Plane delayed. Then when on board, pilot apologized due to the very warm cabin as "the auxilariary power unit isn't working." Then long delay because the baggage ground crew messed up and again according to the pilot "we apologize for the ground crew's failure to do their job properly and some baggage wasn't loaded properly." Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections.

having to check bags that we didn't on the way to Faro was annoying long line at entry (my husband and I used EU) but they made my mom and sister go in the other longer line this time we had to run for connecting flight and my mother is elderly

My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again.

The flight was uneventful.

The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room.

No power @ seats. No Internet, no spirits just wine and beer. seats are not padded enough for 7 hour flight.. Old equip.
