No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.

The trip was great until my luggage was lost on transfer from United to Swiss. It took Swiss 3 days to get my luggage to me though it was located almost immediately.

Water bottles could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

It was much better than most airlines we have flown with. It remo des me Swiss Air 25 years ago.

Made us gate check carry ons Then didn’t get them on the plane. Service they used didn’t deliver our carry ons for more than a day Total mess

Horrible!! The WiFi was not working, the food was awful

Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.

At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.

We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.

Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
