Crew were good, the food was mediocre when they served lunch - but then there was nothing more to eat until nearly the end of a 9 hour flight, by which time it was past 10.30pm back in London. At that point, all that was offered was half a sandwich and a biscuit.

In-flight entertainment didn't work at first, and then when it started, kept on threatening to shut itself down every time I moved. The selection was ok but nothing compared to other airlines. The screen was tiny and low resolution. The seats were old - the same ones as when BA introduced their premium economy back in 2000. The aircraft was desperately in need of a refresh.

I was a good trip, except for one thing.

I was very upset when travelling from Mumbai to London, Heathrow, because the crew in Mumbai did not send my baggage directly to Toronto and I had to go through the whole process of checking in Montreal to travel to Toronto, which was my last destination.

Boarding too slow and unreasonably delayed flight beyond scheduled departure time. Baggage handling at LHR was dreadfully slow, some 25+ minutes waiting at the carousel for bags to appear after the first few came through.

In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there.

Crew were great.

Stop trying to be a budget airline and invest in your customers rather than shareholders. Need better seats, free meals on 4+ hour flights, and entertainment. Also, the plane was old and definitely needed interior work (call buttons and lights were constantly flashing and ringing for the last 30 minutes of the flight).

Crew were good, the food was mediocre when they served lunch - but then there was nothing more to eat until nearly the end of a 9 hour flight, by which time it was past 10.30pm back in London. At that point, all that was offered was half a sandwich and a biscuit.

In-flight entertainment didn't work at first, and then when it started, kept on threatening to shut itself down every time I moved. The selection was ok but nothing compared to other airlines. The screen was tiny and low resolution. The seats were old - the same ones as when BA introduced their premium economy back in 2000. The aircraft was desperately in need of a refresh.

There was a problem in the pilot flying from London to Riyadh and did not go to us tomorrow, I do not know is the reason you (KAYAK) or they are this problem is very large and I am not satisfied with this service

Boarding was smooth, aided by being one of the last to board as I was relaxing in the lounge! Boarding was started earlier than listed and complete by the boarding time, long before the flight was due to leave. Crew were polite and courteous, even going to some extra effort to get me a semblance of a meal.

Booked this flight every last minute and didn't order a Vegan option at the time. Was flying business over lunch time so a meal was served. However there was no vegetarian option on the menu. I expected there to be a vegetarian option at least, and I would work around my dietary choice, but with no vegetarian option, this was impossible to do. In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there.

I was a good trip, except for one thing.

I was very upset when travelling from Mumbai to London, Heathrow, because the crew in Mumbai did not send my baggage directly to Toronto and I had to go through the whole process of checking in Montreal to travel to Toronto, which was my last destination.

Simple no drama very professional, Good service, Food to suit almost every flavour and preference . Entertainiment is a 3 star cause There’s nothing there to be offered apart from newspaper and A magazine.
