we were delayed by some half an hour because of what was said to be over-booking but the pilots however did well to make up the time meaning that we landed right at the scheduled time. Brilliant. We thought this over-booking business was a thing of the past.

Easy jest sold me ticket when wasn't sure they will have enough seats.after spending 3 hours to get to the airport and pass check in and security i have been told right on the front of the plane that there is no seat for me. They offered me next day flight from Luton when my original one was from Gatwick! They even didn't want to make refund and wanted to give me flight voucher.pleased after they have been told i will make a post in social media they made the refund. Never ever with Easyjet.no mayer how much will cost me!!!! Shame on you Easyjet!!!!!

Quick flight

The plane was very dirty. The seat was blown out, no passing at all. The landing was like a car crash. I find Ryan Air has pilots at that can't land the plane smoothly. Never once on all the flights I've taken with them. You get what you pay for, that's what everyone says, right.

Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people.

Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great.

The Price

Once again a 2 hour delay. my last 4 flights have been delayed. Love the price but on time is also important. Time i looked elsewhere. I fly to and from Malaga every three weeks.

They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif.

Shame !!!!

A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!

the plane got us from point A to point B

everything else was horrible we got a surprise email the day before saying if we didnt check in and print our boarding passes before the airport they would charge us 45 euros just to print our passes.. luckily we were able to do this at the hotel also, we had a car seat for our toddler which we paid for his seat - but they said we couldnt use it in his seat and then yelled at us saying we would/should have had to pay to check that as a piece of luggage. also, the display at the airport did not show the gate and there was another flight leaving at the same time going to the same destination. we went to the wrong gate and almost missed our flight. the staff were rude and LOTS of hidden charges. you think you're going to save $$ when you go on this budget airline, but the cost at the end might be more than a real airline

Flight on time

Checkin with speedy boarding very annoying. No clear markings for speedy boarding. Unclear where to stand in line, especially if you come later after speedy boarding started already. In flight the crew started relatively late with bistro service - loads of waiting time. Reserved seat in first row but could store luggage only far back, so the advantage of first row and first out completely disappeared

I compare easy jet to a metro bus, all you do is wait for it, get in sit and get out.

Charges for water and snacks, I realise it's low cost, but im sure they can spare a bit of the huge profits they make for some water.

Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people.

Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great.

The air crew were excellent

Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers
