The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat).

You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far.

Main steward was a nice guy.

Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to.

Plenty of movies on the airline, dreamliner plane.

Flight was four hours late, we missed the connection to from arlanda to Bangkok. Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous.

I liked the movie selection, that the seats reclined and the staff and food.

There where four flights all due to take off at 1030 with this company which caused major back up and delay in check in and tsa. They did not delay the boarding times and I had to run to get my plane even though I was at the airport 3 hours before hand. I barely made it running full force in my sock feet. I was very disappointed being a first time customer with this company.

Showed up 3 hours before departure and still missed our flight. The agents were extremely slow and rude. If you have a giant line of people who have missed their flight your system obviously isn’t working. Avoid Heathrow’s British Airways by all means if possible.

The ground crew was very curt and non helpful. Apparently there was a rule that laptops had to be in the checked baggage. The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor

Staff were friendly and helpful. Flight to of only a few minutes late, considering the appalling weather back in the UK, I expected more of a delay.

Rear door wasn't accessible, so all passengers were loaded through the front. A bit more organisation of getting rear seated passengers on first would have facilitated a faster/safer boarding for all.

They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif.

Shame !!!!

A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!

Quick flight

The plane was very dirty. The seat was blown out, no passing at all. The landing was like a car crash. I find Ryan Air has pilots at that can't land the plane smoothly. Never once on all the flights I've taken with them. You get what you pay for, that's what everyone says, right.

For the basic fare (which I didn’t realise I was even purchasing), you had to pay extra for a seat and for luggage, on long haul transatlantic! 3. I wasn’t offered food or beverage once on the 8 hour trip 4. You had to purchase a blanket if you wanted one. Everyone was wearing their coats onboard. It almost felt like they were intentionally keeping the temperature cold to induce passengers to purchase blankets. When I requested they raise the temperature, I was told that this was the warmest they could make it and this is the warmest on any plane. (Obviously not true. I fly every month and have mostly found plane temperatures to be manageable.) Oh, and did I mention how you had to pay to check luggage on a transatlantic flight!!

Checkin with speedy boarding very annoying. No clear markings for speedy boarding. Unclear where to stand in line, especially if you come later after speedy boarding started already. In flight the crew started relatively late with bistro service - loads of waiting time. Easy jest sold me ticket when wasn't sure they will have enough seats.after spending 3 hours to get to the airport and pass check in and security i have been told right on the front of the plane that there is no seat for me. They offered me next day flight from Luton when my original one was from Gatwick! They even didn't want to make refund and wanted to give me flight voucher.pleased after they have been told i will make a post in social media they made the refund. Never ever with Easyjet.no mayer how much will cost me!!!! Shame on you Easyjet!!!!!

The Price

Once again a 2 hour delay. my last 4 flights have been delayed. Love the price but on time is also important. Time i looked elsewhere. I fly to and from Malaga every three weeks.

Good movie selections

Each Norwegian Air flights play loud pop music during boarding. Neutral low volume music is preferable. Having been traveling for hours, loud pop music is a stressor.

Nice, clean plane.

1. Flight attendants except for a couple, were not interested in helping passengers or answering questions 2. For the basic fare (which I didn’t realise I was even purchasing), you had to pay extra for a seat and for luggage, on long haul transatlantic! 3. I wasn’t offered food or beverage once on the 8 hour trip 4. You had to purchase a blanket if you wanted one. Everyone was wearing their coats onboard. It almost felt like they were intentionally keeping the temperature cold to induce passengers to purchase blankets. When I requested they raise the temperature, I was told that this was the warmest they could make it and this is the warmest on any plane. (Obviously not true. I fly every month and have mostly found plane temperatures to be manageable.) Oh, and did I mention how you had to pay to check luggage on a transatlantic flight!!

I liked the movie selection, that the seats reclined and the staff and food.

There where four flights all due to take off at 1030 with this company which caused major back up and delay in check in and tsa. They did not delay the boarding times and I had to run to get my plane even though I was at the airport 3 hours before hand. I barely made it running full force in my sock feet. I was very disappointed being a first time customer with this company.

If the format is ordering food there's suppose I be a good standard of service. And there isn't. Also they didn't have earphones for sale-- if they're not handing them for free st least make sure you have some for sale.
