My screen was broken so now movies, etc, but I didn’t really mind. They did work on it, so good effort on their part.
Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.
The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.
Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.
Check in slow even though completed online check in, there was no bag drop available so had to query for 90mins as only 2 staff on desks.
Flying to a far away destination is a miracle in itself, so please take these with a grain of salt. The seats are a bit tired, and need a freshen up. The entertainment could be a bit newer, especially with all services available now. The food really is where we need help. But again, flying is a privilege, so all is good.
Never book through a third party. Book through Air transats website. Terrible process to get help and many issues happen with them and sister companies because half the flights you book with them aren’t even through air transat.
From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Airline Rep at Gatwick condescending and a very poor representative for this airline did request his name but he refused. Will certainty think twice to fly with this airline in future.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.
very disappointed with Air Canada, flight delay more than 4 hours.
Flight canceled so had to wait in the airport for a long time.
Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.
Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement
The departure was delayed 50 minutes and you didn't have an explanation from the crew.
