KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from London to Turin

  • Looking for a cheap flight from London to Turin? 25% of our users found flights on this route for £47 or less one-way and £89 or less round-trip.
  • If you are choosing between flights from different London airports, make sure to calculate the cost of travel from your home to the airport and not just the price of the airfare. London Stansted, for example, 39 miles to the north of London, sometimes offers cheaper airfares, but the time and cost of travelling to and from the airport can sometimes be much higher than that of other London terminals.
  • If you are taking the Stansted Express train from London’s Liverpool Street Station to Stansted Airport, and there are more than two adults travelling, ask for the Group 3&4 offer when buying tickets. This allows up to four adults to make the journey for the price of two adult tickets. The train journey takes approximately 45min.
  • Taking the coach to London Stansted and London Gatwick can be less expensive than taking the train, but it must be booked a long way in advance for the cheaper fares. With National Express, children aged 3–15 travel free if accompanied by adults who pay full fare. EasyBus offers good deals, leaving from two central London hubs (Baker Street and Old Street). The bus and coach options can take up to 90min to reach Stansted Airport and slightly less to reach Gatwick Airport.
  • If you choose to drive your own car to London Stansted and use the long-stay car park, it can take a considerable length of time – around 40min – to transfer to the terminal. The mid-stay car park often costs more money but is closer, so it takes less time on the shuttle. Book up in advance and check the airport website for good deals on either one.
  • If you take the train from Turin Airport to the city, you can ask for an “integrated” ticket. This allows travel into the city centre plus one journey on the underground or on a local train to reach your final destination. It is less hassle than buying two separate tickets.
  • Low-cost carrier Ryanair is the one of the leading providers of flights from London to Turin with operational flight centres (hubs) at London Stansted Airport (STN) and Turin-Caselle Airport (CSN). Both these airports are single terminal facilities, so you should have little trouble finding your way around.
  • British Airways flights out of London Gatwick Airport (LGW) operate from the airport’s South Terminal and it has a couple of lounges where you can enjoy some refreshments or a good book before boarding call. Day passes at No1 Lounge start at £36 per person while those at My Lounge begin at £32 pp and both are located after security in the Departures Lounge.

Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase

We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.

sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!

This was our first time using them. I gave okay ratings for food and entertainment because it was minimal or not provided so I couldn't judge, but much better than most budget carriers we have ever used.

We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.

Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.

There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?

I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa

It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe

Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund

Straight forward checking as long as you have completed every single detail online, prior to checking day. Efficient boarding, seating is ok for a two hour flight. Fulfilledour travel requirements from Manchester to Marseille.

I couldn’t understand the aircraft tannoy announcements I was in seat 20C - nobody in our row could either. Speakers a bit too quiet plus messages read out too fast. Otherwise excellent flight. (Flight delayed by 50 mins)

Delayed and changed Multiple times after booking necessitating many. Travel changes ; a bit of an issue

I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one

ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.

They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.

Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.

Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.

Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.

There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.

The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate

The flight was an hour late leaving Heathrow. The food was mediocre. When we got to Austin, my husband’s luggage was missing. He filled out information at baggage claim. We are waiting to hear something. His name is Henry Jacob Braunig.

Only for BA because we had to get to Edinburgh at a certain time. Baggage lost, late boarding with only one person checking, again, our passports and boarding passes until the despatch controller had to step in to get us away. Will never fly BA again.

The food was very good and it came multiple times

Flight from LGW to JFK delayed by 4 hrs No explanation given until the pilot said the delay due to planned maintenance on the aircraft

We arrived late to London, and consequently were 5 min. late to be allowed through security for our next flight. Even though dozens of people missed the same flight, BA did not radio ahead to hold open security for an extra 5-10 min. to allow people to get on the flight. This caused an additional 6 hour delay in London after waiting over an hour in Customer Service to get rebooked. They did not have enough staff on hand to help people in a timely manner. Not at all happy with the BA's customer care or customer service.

All service prior to the flight was terrible: online check-in not working, no customer service tel,, multiple airport scanners not working, A huge mess.

CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGE THAT THE WIFI COULD NOT BE PURCHASED DUE TO INABILITY TO CONNECT PAYMENT SYSTEM VIA SATELLITE. THIS HAPPENED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. THE MAIN REASON I TRAVEL IN PRIORITY IS TO BE ABLE TO WORK FOR WHICH I NEED ACCESS TO INTERNET. .

They lost my luggage. Lady who was helping with it in Austin was rude. Not very helpful!

Waited 3.25 hours in plane only to have the flight cancelled.

The business class seat was an uncomfortable conversion of a main cabin seat well below the quality of even the budget carriers in the US. I would have never paid for business class if would have known I get the same seat as main cabin. BA has gone down hill significantly in this class of service.
