Pros: The crew were really friendly and helpful. It was painless, quick, and easy :)

OK 4.0

Pros: I initially liked the initial low fare rate.

Cons: I didn't like the checkin process online and being charged the 55 pound fee for not checking in early. I was having problems accessing my account and requested my password to be changed in the morning several times, however, they did not send me the link for the password change, and therefore, I was not able to login to check in correctly.

OK 4.6

Pros: Early boarding for premium customers.

Cons: I paid for a premium seat which was narrow and had hard sides instead of armrests, very uncomfortable. I ordered a gin and tonic until they told me no ice on the airplane. Are you kidding me? This is the first flight that I've ever heard of this, hello 1950.

Cons: Charged us 90 pounds extra because we didn't have access to the internet to check in the day prior. This is a very discriminating practice against those who can not afford to be on the internet. It should not be allowed and our money should be refunded. Shame on Ryan Air to have such a discriminating program. Cost for a one way trip from London Stansted to Dublin, Ireland for two, 45.72 for tickets, 58.32 for luggage, 90 pound fee for not using the internet, total 194.04 pounds. Cheap is relative?

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: After experiencing a hardship, Ryanair staff refused to allow me to check a bag because I didn't have the funds. They made me unpack it and load it into a carryon. As a result I had to leave some valuables behind. They did not have a humane bone in their collective bodies. They charge you for EVERYTHING, including water. They're so hard up for money they sell lottery tickets in flight! Don't EVER waste your money flying with them.

Pros: The flight was short.

Cons: This is our long awaited honeymoon. We have traveled and checked in to over 8 flights on this trip all across Europe. But with Ryan air, for some reason, I checked in for the flight but it did not accept on RyanAir side for some reason. I knew I would need to pay for excess luggage (not a surprise. I was expecting it) but then I paid to get up front seats with priority boarding. I had to enter in all the passport info, select seats and pay immediately.(figuring this is checking in, since it was all in the checking in section of he website) So all together a flight was originally $100, turned into a flight that cost me well over $300. Then at the airport, they told me I never checked in. I was charged £90 just to check in!!! Then on top of it I had the counter clerk call me a "bloody wanker" and asking if I have" ever checked into a flight before". He continued to berate me and insult my intelligence. When I asked to see a manager because at this point in only had 20 minutes to get to the boarding gate, he threw a fit and said I need to move out of the way or else he will not even check if the manager is available. The manager and the second clerk who helped is were very nice about things. Surprise fees and not even a small amount of compassion for 2 people who are on their honeymoon, insults, and paying more to go from London to Dublin than to go from Dublin to Manila (the next stop) is absurd!!! I will never fly RyanAir again and will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know will fly with them. Miserable.

Pros: Plane wasn’t fully booked so allowed for swift boarding and disembarking

Cons: The reintroduction of ‘quiet flights’, 2 years okay Ryanair has a big campaign, no announcements other than for safety before 0800 and after 2100. So people could rest on early morning and late night flights - this stoped some time ago. With no advertising.!

Pros: Cheap flight Pleasant flight attendants

Cons: Ended up missing flight because they said I didn't check in online. I did everything I was prompted to do (passport number, add a bag, etc), but apparently there was another button on the bottom of the webpage I had to scroll down and click. They wanted to charge us 45 euros each to check in onsite. The first person also said we didn't pay our baggage fee, which we did. Once we got things situated the doors were closed (even though the plane wasn't leaving for another 45 minutes) and they wouldn't let us through. They wanted to charge us 100 euros each to change to another flight, when the flight itself cost 39 euros. They wouldn't refund the baggage fee either! Apparently they can charge such a low ticket price because they get their money by scamming people out of it. When we finally DID get on a flight the next day, it was like an infomercial the whole way there...trying to sell people everything from water to watches. I would never suggest Ryanair to anyone.

Pros: If you are flying without luggage or carry-on, Ryan Air might be fore you.

Cons: The airline charges a ridiculous amount for EVERYTHING! We bought our tickets and realized almost immediately that bags were not included. We tried to upgrade our ticket type to be inclusive of a bag, but took two hours to navigate their automated "customer service". Finally got through to a live person (which they charge for), they will allow you to upgrade the ticket if you bought through KAYAK. You have to purchase your bags separately, and 1 bag was significantly more than what our ticket costs. I contacted KAYAK roughly 5 hours after the original purchase, and they could do nothing because Ryan Air is a low cost carrier. It was cheaper buy Aer Lingus seats inclusive of luggage than to add luggage on Ryan Air. I will never fly Ryan Air again, and caution anyone trying to buy Ryan Air through KAYAK

Pros: Flight was on time and flight crew was nice.

Cons: This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with. The check in process is ridiculous. If you don't check yourself in online its £45 and if you don't print your own boarding passes its £15 per person. After 5 attempts of putting in all the information repeatedly, I finally got us checked in but could not get the passes to print. Unfortunately, Stanstead doesn't accept mobile passes so I got to pay the £30 fee. Then they claimed I never booked a bag so another £45 fee. And then the same bag that I checked in Scotland via Ryanair was suddenly too big/heavy so it got an oversize charge. i ended up paying more for baggage and boarding passes than I did for four tickets!! The "customer service" reps we dealt with were rude and really seemed to hate their jobs. The flight crew was nice though. Overall, I'd never ever suggest this airline to anyone who doesn't have more money than brains.

I will never fly RyanAir again and will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know will fly with them. Miserable.

Cons: Confusion at the airport. I went to check in only to be told I have to wait in a different line to pay for a checked bag, went to the other line, waited an hour. Why wouldn't you let me pay for a bag when I check in? Instead of sending me to customer service. The flight was delayed, sat in the boarding line an hour.

Cons: This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever used. They upcharge you for anything they can. Our flight went from cheap to expensive as hell really quickly. Extremely unorganized with awful pricing models. You would think in modern times that airlines like this would adopt new business paradigms. Their website was awful and out of date, they charge for seat selection, they charged an extra $65 per ticket for not checking in 2 hours before, check in bags were expensive and in airport services were crowded and extremely unorganized. If you can fly a different airline besides Ryanair I would suggest doing it. I would rather take a boat to my destination.

Pros: The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight.

Cons: To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!

Pros: It was a quick flight

Cons: The employees were just as unhelpful flying to dublin as they were flying out of dublin. Simple questions were met with disdain and annoyance rather than polite answers. We went through 3 different people before finding out that we didn't need to go through any of them which the first person could have told us. By the way the first person was a customer service attendant and he swiftly moved us on to the next line to stand in which was completely unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time. I will never fly with ryanair again.

Pros: The flights were on time, and easy. The price was good.

Cons: There are a lot of fees that you don't know about, and Kayak could better support its customers by sending them messages explaining that if you do not have printed boarding passes before arriving they will charge, and that the baggage allowances are much smaller, and if you book your baggage in advance rather than waiting until you arrive you actually save money.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in GBP.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
