The crew was friendly.

There was a charge to check in - which I attempted to avoid by checking in online but I didn't have access to a printer so there was a charge to print my boarding pass. A charge to check bags (since they wouldn't let us carry on - additional $70) there was no food (it was a 55 min flight so that makes since.) The seats were cramped and hard. And for whatever reason the landing was very hard/abrupt that people screamed. If I had the choice I wouldn't fly this airline again.

I liked that fact that we board from the front and back of the plane. great staff and smooth flight

the checked bags is a little expensive. 30 British pounds for one bag up to 20 kgs is a bit much. I would dare to say that hinders travelers that are planning on visiting Ireland as well as Great Britain. In Great Britain you can travel by train for less money and free bags, plus a lot less security and delays.

Check in was fine at airport, although I was unable to do it on-line and apprehensive because of that. Boarding was quick and easy, I liked the Embrayer, & the plane not crowded and the seating comfortable. Staff friendly, & take off and arrival were on time. The food I chose was pleasant. I would fly with them again

I had thought that on line check in was required, which I was unable to do, but was reassured when check in at the airport was quick & easy, & I was told at the desk which gate it would be.

Crew, Airpiort Check in Staff, Boarding & Special Assistance Team are excelent. Would travel anytime with them and would recommend.

Food is not good & food prices are a complete rip off. Better making a packed lunch it tastes better and a fraction of the cost. Hold luggage is a bit expensive. But the bad points can be said for all budget airlines. But the good points can't be said for most budget airlines. So we'll done Ryanair on these.

We were not called

We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation.

The joke has always been Ryanair sucks and I should avoid at all cost flying with this airline. I dismissed the feedback I received and I decided to book a weekend trip to London from Frankfurt. I should have listed and known better. To start, I did not receive a boarding pass after checking in. I was advised to go to the Ryanair clerk upon arriving at the airport. I explained to the clerk the situation; told her I did not have a boarding pass to print and was advised to see her. There were no issues and she printed my boarding pass without any fee. On the way back to Frankfurt, this is where things go from bad to worse. On our way to the airport in London, we get notice the flight has been cancelled. We didn't know what to do so I went on chat with a Ryanair rep and was told the flight would depart and there were no issues getting to Frankfurt International. I wasn't convinced, but I had no option. When I arrived at the airport in London I did exactly what I did in Frankfurt. I checked in with the clerk and explained to her the exact same thing I explained to the clerk in Frankfurt. The clerk started to yell at me. Tell me I couldn't be getting on the flight since I didn't have a boarding pass. She continued to yell at me after many attempts trying to explain to her the facts. The brushed me off to customer service and said she couldn't help me. Awful customer service!! As I walked away from the counter she yelled at me, "What do you expect this is Ryanair. It's an awful airline!". After standing at the customer service line for another 30 minutes. I tried to explain to the clerk at the customer service counter my situation and she did not want to reason. She demand I pay 15 GBP if I wanted to get on my flight. I didn't have an option, and I didn't agree with this decision. I paid the 15 GBP. After checking in at security and getting to our gate we quickly learned the flight would be rerouted to Frankfurt Hahn and then we would be bussed to Frankfurt International. After over an hour commute to Frankfurt International, we did not get home until 02:00h!! This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER - NEVER fly Ryanair. Ryanair is the WORSE airlines!!!

The boarding procedure at Stanstead is terrible - lots of standing around, partly due to a delayed inbound plane, however we were all still assembled on time and this was not communicated until we were all standing in line. Seat rows are too close together - my knees were pressed against the seat in front the whole flight.

The announcements over the PA system are garbled. I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. Do not think I would consider using you again. 21.11.2017

Squashed in my seat due the size of the person next to me and this was made worst by the chanting from the loud mouthed so called Spurs supporters. The staff did not take the initiative to control the noise and fuelled it with alcohol. At the football ground it is acceptable but on an aircraft- never.

It took off and landed with no incident and landed where it said it would..

Your baggage policy is terrible. I had to pay 65 Euros for a slightly over weight bag. My wife, for whom I had bought a ticket but was not present because of a heart attack, obviously did not have any luggage on board which should have compensated for my overweight bag. Boarding required you to haul your bag down several flights of stairs and than up a flight of stairs to get into the airplane. Not a pleasant experience.

Food is not good & food prices are a complete rip off. Better making a packed lunch it tastes better and a fraction of the cost. Hold luggage is a bit expensive. But the bad points can be said for all budget airlines. But the good points can't be said for most budget airlines. So we'll done Ryanair on these.

Price was right. Very short flight so it was okay. Price was good.

Called to gate BEFORE plane even arrived. Left to stand like cattle for over half an hour. Not a seat in sight. Way too much for my elderly husband.

Crew were friendly and polite

The boarding procedure at Stanstead is terrible - lots of standing around, partly due to a delayed inbound plane, however we were all still assembled on time and this was not communicated until we were all standing in line. Seat rows are too close together - my knees were pressed against the seat in front the whole flight.

The announcements over the PA system are garbled. I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!

Ryanair's new random allocation for the seats is a joke. They are trying to make the most money off their passengers. I've flown with them for the past 5+ years and this is the first time I've encountered this nonsense.
