All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.

It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
My flight was delayed, then I got transferred to a new flight that was also delayed- which wasn’t Aeromexico’s fault, it was because of weather conditions. Most of the crew was very nice and patient, except for one or two flight attendants who were rude. The entertainment wasn’t on, so all the screens were off.
My wife's entertainment system did not work. Payed for flight upgrade but did not receive advertised "free WiFi".

It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!
I liked the quiet airport and no queue. I don't like that when booking it is not clear that there is teared economy, that you have to pay extra for choosing a seat and for your luggage both ways. We didn't find this out until checking in. It turned out not very economical.

In flight entertainment system did not work across the whole plane for entire flight. Seats were very cramped. Cabin temperature was freezing cold. Crew was miserable and answered everyone in a short and barking manner. I’ve flown air Canada many many times and never had an issue. But this was unpleasant.
They screwed up so bad, I asked for a short check for my luggage since we had a 21 hour overnight layover in London at a hotel. They said I have to receive my luggage in London because it’s an overnight layover. Get to London, nope, my bags aren’t coming off they are staying in terminal 5 over night and going straight to Ibiza. So we had no luggage for a whole day and basically stuck with no clothes or washroom stuff. Finally get to Ibiza and my luggage is completely smashed and damaged and missing a wheel. Now I have to drag this 50 lbs luggage around Ibiza islands for 10 days. Wtf. So pissed off Air Canada is LITERALLY THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD
Great flight ✈️ I requested a vegan meal and don’t think offering frozen fruit cup for breakfast is a good idea people want something warm or neutral like the muffin but it was cold from being in the paper bag with the frozen fruit 🧐 and unfortunately I didn’t have either and I don’t like wasting food so that was a disappointment. Flight was on time departure and arrival flight crew were good.
From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

The Business Class seating arrangement hasn't been upgraded yet. When getting up to go to the bathroom, you have to climb over someone's stretched out legs.
Terrible three cancelled flights due to weather then unable to make rebooked flight next morning with Veuling due to travel restrictions when I called to complain I was put on hold for 90 minutes then hung up on. No one at airport willing to help. Never again

I liked the pilot he was super positive. The seating on this A320 was ridiculous I have never had so little space fora four hour flight. Really was ridiculous. The service was also very poor and attituded. Not what I expect from BA a real disappointment.
Crew was super lazy. Trash languished for hours and hours. 20D where my wife was, the screen was not touch pad and after 2 compaints to flight attendent, he finally showed us the wired control. My screen, 20E would not fully stow, just stuck up a little but inconvernient. My seat control was extremely difficult to engage. My foot rest would not. Flight could not land and circled for over 15 minutes. Since the connection was tight and our boarding pass did not show which terminal, we missed our direct flight to Austin and had to be rescheduled through DC which added 5 hours to our flying time. Bags were checked to Austin but did not arrive same day. Finally received them 24 hours after we arrived but only because I was extremely persuasive, Agent in London was very helpful in reschuling flight.
I washed attendant for assistance and she never got back to me. I asked her a second time and she said she would check. She never did. The flight was over an hour late taking off No food service was offered despite over 4 hours on the flight
It was all great, a nice flight. I'm glad we didn't pay several hundred quid to sit together when we were able to sit together anyway is all I would say
We ordered kids meals - which were not kid friendly at all! (the breakfast that is - scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and asparagus?)
Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.
Missed slot to leave so we were on the plane for an extra hour. The seats were really uncomfortable and the food was poor. The experience makes me think twice about flying as I suspect they are all similar.

Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.
