Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Late boarding, had to check the bag, had to wait forever when landed in the plane

Cons: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.

Pros: The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience.
Cons: The seats were super cramped, hardly any leg room or elbow room which made it quite difficult to get comfortable for any length of time. The food was unpleasant. The flight attendants seemed very green.

Cons: I arrived 13 hours late, had two extra flights. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining.
Pros: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.

Pros: The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others.
Cons: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!

Cons: Crew were super grouchy, and we sat on the runway for an hour, had to go back for more fuel. Pilots never updated us and crew were rude.

Pros: The chairs were comfortable the staff was very attentive and nice
Cons: I cant really say anything bad except for the fact that my luggage was broken but i did go to the counter and the person was very nice and handled the issue very proffesionally
Cons: The bags took over 45 minutes to be delivered
Pros: Good schedules, good prices.
Cons: They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.
