Pros: Another customer allowed me to sit in the aisle seat rather than the assigned middle seat. That was much appreciated. And I enjoyed an movie during the flight. I like being able to choose what I want to watch and stream it on my own device.
Cons: It was really cold on the airplane. I kept my jacket on for the entire flight. I’m typically warm natured, so it was unusually cold.
Cons: American’s little buses at DCA suck. Why should I have to wait for everyone who gate checked a bag to get to the terminal? Let me walk to the terminal, get more buses, or get more gates.
Pros: Newer Aircraft had a little more legroom than I have seen in the past. Complimentary entertainment was excellent. It made the time on the ground and in the air go by quickly (even on this short flight).
Cons: Time on the ground waiting for takeoff. We spent more time on the ground than in the air. But that is more the congestion at the airport than the airline.
Cons: Flight was delayed by 2 hours, Captain came on PA after boarding that it was technical. Gate agent were not good at giving updates prior to boarding
Cons: The seat was extremely comfortable.
Cons: Flight was delayed signficantly, multiple times. Minimal information from staff, fortunately Kayak kept me updated.
Pros: Snack was nice even for a short plane. Every seat having a television was very night.
Cons: Being 6 foot I couldn't fit my legs in the seats they were so tightly packed on the plane. Even another inch of leg room would have been great. Thankfully it was only a 40 minute flight because by the end of it my legs and feet were numb and I was irritated at the space allowed.

Cons: The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.
Cons: My flight was supposed to depart at 5:45pm. It was then delayed to 7something. We finally boarded and they made us deplane because the "pilot was not around". while waiting for the pilot it was delayed another hour. We then had 3 more delays due to "weather conditions" (the skies were clear and the rain was gone btw) and then we got CANCELLED! I was highly upset as I had plans arranged for my arrival in Boston. I ended up having to rent a car and drive out myself!! will NEVER fly with United again!
Pros: 3:00 flight to Boston left at 2:59 and only took 42 minutes
Cons: Gate not ready so we had to wait 15 minutes on tarmac

Cons: Awful, loud credit card sales pitch wine up children and another everyone in cabin for what seemed an eternity. Absolutely disgusting.
Cons: The delayed flight was an issue, this caused me to miss my connecting flight. Punctuality is very important to me and should be to your airline.
Cons: Multiple delayed flights leading to short connection time. Despite meeting stated time, denied entry and surprises that my ticket was changed with no effort to correct said error at the gate despite adequate time prior to take off.
Pros: Good pilot landed nicely in rough weather

Cons: On my way back from New Jersey the flight gates changed without me knowing so I had to rush to my proper gate. But other than that it was fine
Cons: The plan was delayed an hour because of the airline. So uncalled for. I ended up really late to work that night. I could understand if there were weather delays but delays due to the airline are unacceptable
Pros: There was not one glimpse of positive in this experience.
Cons: Upon arrival to Newark there was no gate agent available to check in with for the first two hours of the delay. In the air there was no food or drink service. The plane loaded at 1230 but did not push back from the gate for almost another hour. Upon arrival in Boston we spent near another hour on the tarmack waiting for a gate free up with very little comunication. I got to Boston 5 hours after I had intended to with no ability to give my rid from the airport any info for when I would be getting off the plane. The whole time dance moms rotated between a different show but must have come on 3 times with no ability to shut the screen off and take a nap. No compensation was offered in any way.
