Bought a ticket that included a bag and they still charged me to check it in, latam is the worst airline.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep
Lost ,y connection due to a mechanical delay, huge line to get new connection and vouchers
The boarding and new bag drop-off process was confusing and causing massive delays.
It was a very good flight, no entertainment is the reason for not checking that box.
Our flight was cancelled and it took them 5 hours to reschedule and the next morning they said we still didn’t have a new ticket.
I travel often with LATAM, it never disappoints me. The service is great, nice crew, latest and some classic movies. I got 3 small meals, cannot complaint. I’ll definitely travel again with them.
We didn’t have any entertainment. I tried to go online without success. The airplane was extremely cold and they didn’t have blankets.
Delta has an outstanding service. They are courteous and punctual most of the time. The flight departed a half hour late but we arrived 15 minutes early.
Although the flight is goof and the crew is good, the way the airline charges you for every service is ridiculous.
There was chaos at the Naples airport. We arrived three hours early for the flight but there was no invitation available about where to go to check bags until an hour later. Then we had to go to a different terminal to check our bags and check in and back to the first to board.
We flew TAP last October from Newark to Lisbon. The meal was bad. This flight had good food. Also, this flight was delayed. There were TAP employees waiting at Lisbon to make sure we made our connecting flight. I find the TAP website and app frustrating, but the service once we reached the airport was very good
Boarding too way too long. Biggest peeve: zero in-seat power in economy! No plug sockets, no USB ports. Plane was an A330, so not old.
boarding is so disorganized, i was literally appalled at the boarding experience
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10

The long wait at JFK made the trip horrible. Also not having enough buses when we deplaned was annoying
Food was edible, not great, and served by attendants who looked like they really were not happy working the flight. The section I was in was too warm making the 11 hour flight uncomfortable. Other areas on the plane were fine.
I’ve never had worse food in business class ever!
Checked bG chstgr was extremely high. Over $120. It was s bsit and switch knowing an international passenger would have t9 check a bag.
