Pros: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Cons: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Pros: Crew were friendly

Cons: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Cons: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Pros: The seats were more comfortable than on the way out. Crew were friendly, polite and efficient. Took off on time and landed early

Cons: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Cons: Sandwich had very soggy bread and the cup of tea was awful, though it could be the brand of tea that is the problem as it brewed for 5 minutes but still tasted like hot water with milk

Pros: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Cons: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Cons: We were late to land by 25 mins which made me stressed to catch my bus that was pre-booked.

Cons: Ryanair pricing / baggage is so rapacious but it does keep ticket prices down....

Cons: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Cons: Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport.

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Cons: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Pros: Had to bus to the plane and the bus was uncomfortable but the plane was fine for the purpose of getting up to Edinburgh. Everyone was friendly

Cons: It is a small "puddle jumper" plane and not a luxury ride but for the money and convenience of not having to spend 8 hours of driving up to Edinburgh, it was wonderful.

Cons: No one from the airline was at the LCY airport. We were essentially hostaged into paying baggage feeds for bags that were well under the weight limit.

Pros: The flight departed on time.

Cons: Some warning about cabin baggage policies would be useful. Flying AMS -> EXE they just eyeballed my backpack and said OK, but EXE -> AMS checkin was really stroppy about fitting the cabin bags in the test bin and rejecting those that don't fit requiring an extra check-in bag.

Cons: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Pros: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Cons: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Cons: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Seats were comfortable and roomy. Great flight, Great value, Great servi

Cons: If you could print your boarding pass more than 36 hours before would be better so if going for a weeks holiday you could print your passes both ways in advance of leaving
