Pros: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Cons: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Cons: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Pros: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Cons: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Cons: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Pros: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Pros: Perhaps because I'd previously flown Premium Cabin on the Dreamliner but I found the seating uncomfortable. I've flown long haul economy with both Etihad and Singapore and was expecting the Dreamliner to be up there with these airlines. Sadly not. In all other respects the flight was fine. Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.
