There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.
Booked through Kayak Business, had a seat in middle and towards back due to booking rate, not comfortable.

Economy seats are super cramped for such a long flight, but the crew allowed people to get up and stretch, and kids could wander with their parents, so we all made it work. Overall a very good experience.

Staff were not attentive, wifi did not work, cut my head in the bathroom due to the position of the soap on the sink, had blood running down my face, told staff, they had no expression no sympathy, didn't even say "sorry", they said "oh we will have a look at that" about 10 mins later the purser brought me a bandaid, still no sorry.... These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

Boarding was done extremely poorly, with huge crowds gate loiterers blocking people from boarding, multiple lines of people trying to merge into one line. One of the male flight attendants who was doing drink service was not happy about having to let a passenger back to their seat and was unnecessarily sassy about it. I thought he was pretty entitled and not a great ambassador for JetBlue
Flight emergency landed in Chicago due to “Odor” in back of plane . Had to buy ANOTHER TICKET to get to Boston cash out of my own pocket . Then they would notchange my return flight time without a 400. Charge!!!! Insulting.
I purchased ticket so our daughter ( a minor) can sit next to her mother. No help at gate after kayak insisted that this could be done. She ended sitting by herself
Flight was as expected. But it was delayed an hour. Also, my luggage got damaged. So that sucked especially since the damage made navigating the airport difficult. Walking to get ground transportation is sooo far away now and my checked bag was difficult to carry.
we were an hour delayed after boarding and given no reason. Headsets cost money. Also there were openrows with no one setting in them but we were told we were not allowed to swtich.

It was great overall. A few slight improvements could be made on the onboarding process at the Gates with announcements and clarity of communications (both at the gate and in flight). The movies in the entertainment options could be improved for bollywood, hollywood.
I alrady responded to this request, and expllaned at length that this was the worst flying experience in my 77 years. I will NEVER fly BA again.
Airbus A350 is poorly designed for wheelchair users and reduced mobility passengers. The angle of the pods makes it awkward to transfer. I was able to but I have ab stability. It could be a real challenge for people with more severe mobility impairments. You'd think Airbus would have come up with a solution for this or thought more about us disabled folks more when designing this aircraft.
The crew has always been great on BA. They are very friendly and accommodating. I like that they have vegetarian options already in the menu. And the free wine is a nice perk.) I noticed (both directions of my trip) minor upgrades/ replacements needed on the plane itself (touch screen didn't work with touch; bathroom light didn't go on). However, this is one of my favorite airlines.
Everything was spectacular except the boarding. It was just a mob of people while all groups were called over the public address system.
The Britts are wonderful to fly with and the crew were very hospitable. Again, I really wish they had been able to retrieve my carryon bag from baggage claim before the flight so I could be in a less worrisome state of mind, but that's not on them. I completely understand. The window seats with the dimmable windows were very cool!
There was a delay for the San Francisco-London flight, but we were all informed via text and email. The staff was very friendly and nice and the food was good. I do recommend that the airline offer something without eggs or something vegan for the vegetarian meal option. A lot of Indians are lacto-vegetarian, while some could be allergic to eggs/dairy.
