Fantastic as ever. Great staff super catering and excellent service.

Flight and entertainment great. Food needs to be improved, only one choice on the menu. Staff worked well throughout.

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.

Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours

Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders

checkin and boarding were good. Lounge was pathetic. All empty seats were having reserved tag, was very warm inside the lounge so basically we didnt utilise. The flight was A320, we blocked row 1 in economy assuming leg space will be sufficient. But it was OK, nothing great compared tot he first row of Air Arabia which we took for our trip. The food was horrible, i had the beed fwith mash potatoes. No salt, no spices nothing.

The flight was operated by IndiGo and not Qatar, which is a budget airline from India. Nevertheless, the flight was uneventful.

They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.

Wasn’t allowed to continue with the purchased tickets because I hadn’t been able to go on the first scheduled leg.

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.

From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.

I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.

I liked the crew, the food and the foot space. I did not like the comfort of the seats.

Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Hygiene and Sanitary Facilities: The condition of the restrooms was subpar, and essential hygiene supplies were not adequately provided. This falls short of expectations for a long-haul journey. Overall Experience: Regrettably, the combination of these issues significantly affected my overall experience during this long flight, making it far from the comfortable and enjoyable journey I had anticipated. I understand that maintaining high standards on long-haul flights can be challenging, but I believe it's vital to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon in the future. As a loyal Etihad Airways customer, I had higher expectations for my journey. I travelled from Adu Dhabi to Melb; service was minimal at best, when I asked for a bottle of water but no meal I was told it was not available- it seemed a cup would do. The staff were un helpful & dismissive. We had a family near us who I never saw obtain any assistance from crew- they were simply avoided! Meal was simple and adequate no hot drinks were on offer until close to arriving, with a pseudo breakfast. Seats were tight despite obtaining extra leg room. I will not be flying with Etihad again and will not recommend them to family & friends.

Very poor. The flight was delayed for over an hour. Also, our baggage, including that of many passengers, approimately 180 bags did not arrive, and we are yet to receive it.

Poor, They have damaged my luggage and I have filed a claim at Colombo airport. They promised I will be in touch by the team within next 2 days but there is no One contacted me at all after 1 week. I then follow up again and received an email acknowledging my claim and claimed that they will reply in 12 days on investigation. Again, no response at all after that… Very disappointing…

The staff was absolutely phenomenal but the other elements of Sri Lankan Airlines need some serious adjustments. The day started off with terrible news that the flight was cancelled from Male and that the plane went to Malta. As an American, when such delays occur, the airlines find suitable ways to accommodate their customers such as putting them in an Airport hotel or lounge while waiting for the next flight. A 1.5 hour trip turned into 12 hours with no accommodations from the Airlines except a ticket to eat breakfast. For such a Billion dollar industry, a cheap breakfast is an insult toward the customer and something greater should have been done.

Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.

I was booked in Premium Economy and never given a chance to choose to purchase my own seat. Ended up with a middle seat, which was very difficult for me. The airline then left my bag in London so when I arrived in Instanbul it was not there. They delivered it to me the next day but many valuable items had been stolen. I've been flying with BA for years and this was the first time I had such a bizarre and bad experience with them.

It was good. I really liked the breakfast which was served.

My bag stayed in London - it didn't arrive in JFK and I was informed it would arrive at my address next day. I'm still waiting for my bag and it has not been delivered. I have an air tag, my bag arrived at JFK airport around 12pm and it has been moving between terminals since then. Now they said it may arrive 1 am or tomorrow. I'm jet lagged from my flight from India, without my suitcase and may need to miss a work day (Monday) because my suitcase was not delivered at the time it was promised (today, in the afternoon). The suitcase delivery service is not reliable and I'm not happy waiting around the entire Sunday to hear that it may or may not arrive today.

The worst experience with British airways that left me with a delayed flight until the next day and no hotel accommodations available or food voucher. I still have had anyone follow up on this matter

Always the same, boarding starts before the plane is ready so we were all standing in the sun and 36 degree heat on the tarmac. Once in London, packed like sardines in busses to the terminal. BA have a way of making you feel like they dont want you as a customer.

We boarded late, sat on the plane for 45 minutes, I was sweating on the plane and there was a child that screamed and kicked my seat almost the entire flight. The parent nor the crew would do anything about it. Food was very good.

The crew member of my cabin was excellent. The flight was delayed due to air traffic in London. I worried about my connection. The flight attendant eased my worry with prompt updates on the current flight status, as well as helping me log on to BA.com to find out the exact gate info for the next flight. Truly appreciated his help.

Meh. Lived the seat. The entertainment unit did not work and had to be reset 3 times. Service was SLOW taking over 90 min to be served. Crew forgot about my meal. Chicken was dry and almost inedible.

There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
