Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .

Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience
Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star
2 hours delay, very disappointing, at least they didn’t cancel at all as they do often

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT
The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.
When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.
All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).
Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
