The flight attendant was female, by the name tag was "Praya" was somewhat a bit insensitive, but I realised after that she was as unfortunate as we were cus she was wearing a short sleeve shirt part of uniform, and experiencing the same as the rest of the passengers. The temperature issue caused the flight to be extremely unpleasant."

Lastly, the heathrow onboarding agent for the 8:05am Eurowings flight 5357 arbitrarily selected my travel bag as too large to carry on. He then became belligerent when I questioned him even threatening removing me from the flight. WTF?!"

I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."

The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

As a result of this misinformation, my bag was put in the hold, delaying me a great deal on arrival in Lisbon. No apology was offered. When I asked for an explanation, he refused to give one and looked pleased that he had not done so. 2) Use of the rudest, clearly untrained and subcontracted ground staff I have ever met. Incredible performance by Menzies Aviation. When I tried to take my correctly sized bag to the cabin, a man about 40 years my junior accosted me. I tried to explain what had happened, and he interrupted me. When I said I would write to Caroline McCall (EasyJet CEO), he immediately told me to do so and arrogantly offered to give me his name. Yet he does not even work for EasyJet, but for Menzies. When I asked him not to tell me what to do, he replied that I was very rude. Yet at no time had I swore or raised my voice. He later repeated, gratuitously, this accusation, in a threatening manner. QUITE EXTRAORDINARY attitude to customer service, the idea that the customer is always right, etc. It appears that passengers are there to do Menzies a favour 3) Mangled English announcements over the intercom. Bored voice, running through information like a racing commentator, so one could not make any of it out. DISGRACEFUL CONDESCENSION TO PASSENGERS"

Cons: "The plane was 2Hrs late but this happens sometimes. Got there eventually all safe and sound"

Cons: "Having fully boarded the plane, and with no prior indication at all, it was then announced that we wouldn't be leaving for another 2 1/2 hours because of an air traffic control strike in Italy. Instead of allowing us to stay in the terminal, we sat in tiny seats for longer than the flight itself was scheduled to be, with no offer of any refreshments. The pilot who made the announcement made it seem like a minor inconvenience and got the times wrong twice. Of course the strike isn't their fault but their handling of it couldn't have been worse."

Cons: "Coming back from my work Christmas night, my boyfriend who has Crohn's disease and is not a good flyer, asked to be put in a spare seat located nearer the front on the aisle so that he could make a quick run for the toilets as he was having a flair up. The female flight attendant said this would be fine, but then an incredibly rude and abrupt male attendant warned us that we would have to move back or risk arrest and pay a fine!!!?! I wouldn't have been so offended if my partner wasn't so ill, and the attendant hadn't been so accusatory. We were marched back down the aisle, and made to feel like criminals. You pay for what you get. Flight down to London with BA was lovely in comparison - lovely staff, complementary drink and snacks, and overall a pleasant flight."

Cons: "Disabled seating was allocated in row 10 which is a long way for someone with walking difficulties. Fixed seat arm on aisle side made access more difficult"

Cons: "The long walk to the departure fate. Having your photo taken for Belfast flights. Sitting on runway after we landed while a plane moved. Belfast is not that busy that this should happen."

Cons: "It's not sufficient that row 10 will receive service after 1 hour and 30 minutes from take-off. After that you get your warmed sandwich when your coffee is already cold."
