Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old

Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

The plane was late (as was my flight out from Birmingham the day before)

Comment for Lufthansa is just perfect, similar to my first flight comment.

Lufthansa is my favorite airline and have flown oversea with them for the past 25 years: i always found them so professional and incredibly efficient from checking in to arrival. I also love their Munich or Frankfurt airports.

Checkin took along timen only.few angents available at.checkin desk. Customer support over phone no existence

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.

Lost my luggage, ran out of food choices in business class, ground crew was completely unapologetic.

Excellent. The crew and flight were great. Checking in was easy and everyone was very helpful.

Late. And service was very slow - passengers sat for well over an hour with dirty trays etc surrounding them

Entertainment devices on A380 need to be fixed, the seats might do with updates.

The plane was dirty the food was awful and the boarding process took too long

Everything. Employees offered to help me because I had to use a cane.

Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.

The business class seating arrangement for LHR to MAA was very uncomfortable. The movie options were terrible.
