The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
They canceled the original flight and were horrendous with rebooking

budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!
Unfriendly staff at boarding gate. Unclear announcement at about gate change. Low cost airline with no amenities on board. Bring your own water.
Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day

Flight was good and crew excellent. Only unexpected item was to pay for beverages after the first meal was served regardless if it was soft drink or alcoholic.
Everything was perfect. I would’ve liked better selections for entertainment, but I slept most of the time, so it wasn’t really an issue.
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.
Really good. Everything went smoothly. That's what I hope for when I'm on a long flight, especially with multiple changes. Thank you SAS.
Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again
Baggage was mis-handled; food and grocery items in the baggage were damaged.
It was a good flight. Everyone was professional and the flight was smooth.
Service, food was outstanding. They make every effort to make sure that your long flight is as comfortable as possible. The only reason I did not rate them excellent is the way they handled our cancelled flight. They were great about re-booking except for the hotel. A communication breakdown ensued regarding who was booking the hotel for our overnight stay: the city where the flight was cancelled or the city where we were going to lay over for the night. In the end, neither of them did, so we ended up doing it ourselves and were extremely lucky to get a room at all. Given that, I still would not hesitate to fly with them anytime.
No TV screen, free WiFi or power outlets, but seats were comfortable, food and drinks were great, service was awesome!
When we arrived in Bergen and opened our suitcases, we were shocked! We checked 2 of 3 suitcases and the contents of these 2 suitcases was completely wet!!! It was raining in Oslo and Bergen, but not a hard rain. It seems that someone had gone through our suitcases. There was even sand in the suitcase such that everything had to be laundered when we got to Bergen! We had plastic bags in our suitcases and they had been opened and the interiors of the bags were wet!!! Our valuables were all in our carry-on so nothing was actually stolen. What happened here was unacceptable! There is someone working for Scandinavian Airlines who is not honest and really messed things up for us. Not so sure I would fly SAS again… Marna Skaar
Our original flight was cancelled. This was a slightly earlier flight. We were business class and it was very good. The staff were marvellous and very helpful. Pity our baggage didn't make it!
British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.

I got stuffed on both flights into terrible seats. Second flight the seat didn’t even recline and fit s tall person, that’s very uncomfortable.
The flight was delayed by more than an hour and my trousers were stuck by chewing gum that was on the back of front seat. The crew was helpful in providing me with some ice to remove the chewing gum and upgraded my seat to business class
Flight boarded and took off late for unknown reasons. Crew insisted we check our hand luggage due to full flight, which it was not even close to full. Then had to wait almost an hour a and a half for the hand luggage to come onto the luggage belt since it was loaded last. This came after many hours of traveling pregnant with my 6 year old daughter. Really didn’t appreciate the unnecessary delays. What the hell?

The flight was on time, great value and very helpful crew. This direct flight was the most convenient I ever had coming to Sarajevo over the years. Will definitely use this flight again in the future without hesitation.

Gate is far at Leeds Bradford Airport. However, as the flight was less than half full, it was calm and not stressful. Great take off and landing. Friendly staff
Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late
It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.
We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us
Flight was delayed so long we missed our second flight. Entire trip had to be cancelled. Ryanair refused to help us.
I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.
