The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

On time departure; arrived early into Faro. Air Malta operating flight, crew friendly and efficient.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

There was a delay because they had to switch planes it wasn’t explained very well nor were there updates.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
To not even provide water without overpaying for it was disgraceful.. being crammed in a bus to the plane also unpleasant.. as an Australian I will never fly easyjet again.. just awful

There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience
Whole way through - far more professional and slick than I expected
Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Trip was completely cancelled with no other reasonable option for that day; no reason given. I will avoid booking anything with easy jet

Flight was delayed for 2h. Announcements were poor and I was given 1 biscuit and a bottle of water as consolation. Not happy.
The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.
Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..
Flight was canceled. I had to pay for my own hotel room and could get a flight until the next evening. BA does not have offices or anyone to help at the London Heathrow. Airport. The whole experience was miserable.
Left late. Crowded like cattle. Standing and waiting. Food on board getting worse.
Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch
I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened
Flight delayed over 3 hours due to weather and atc. Very poor handling by boarding crew Poor service. Left standing for ages in line with no updates. ba could do much better
