Pros: "Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting."
Cons: "Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored."

Cons: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.
Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.

I hope to fly with British Airways again in 2024. Staff professional and caring. Great variety of food and better than home-cooked. Plenty of beverages and meal portions generous. Thankful for the schooling, training, expertise of pilots and mechanics, making safe and enjoyable flights to anywhere in the world. Pass on thanks to baggage handlers, those directing flight arrivals to terminals, housekeeping and more.... All positions important that make traveling a joy. Thank you British Airways.
I selected business class, one of the important reason is it comes with wifi and I can do my work on the plane. The WiFi service didn’t work during the whole trip. I couldn’t complete my work before landing.

There was only one person available to check everyone in for Iberia. It was grateful. Plane was old. Not even a glass of water was offered."

Cons: "I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."
