I have sent several emails regarding a small blue nylon bag full of medicine that was left on the seat, possibly wrapped up in the blue blankets. I have not heard back from anyone regarding this necessary daily medication.
The KLM staff that were assigned to this flight were incompetent. After telling them I was flying with Etihad and I had a 30kg limit the told me to unpack my bag to reduce them to 23kg. I did this 3 times, and then at final weighing they figured out I was right and that I could board with 30kg. Morons!
When I buy a ticket through etihad website, I expect etihad service, even if it was operated by other airline. Air Serbia managed to loose my luggage on a direct flight between AD and Belgrade, and the plane was very old, without entertainment.
The plane was old and the standard was not business class. They ran out of many of the dishes and the food was very poor. The plane was understaffed resulting in poor service. I declined to join the air miles scheme as I shall not be travelling with them again.
The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair.
We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early.
