Cons: "I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions."

Cons: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

The flight wast full and didnt see any other bags gate checked, and there was a bunch of room in the overheads, they werent full. Then to add salt to the wound when we arrived our luggage was dripping water (and it wasnt running at our destination it was at the connection) several clothes were ruined or needed cleaning. As I was on the way to my fathers funeral this was an added pressure that I didnt need."

Both the Air Europa desk attendants at the airport and the customer service agent on the phone took no action, telling me simply that they would take responsibility in Madrid, where I had a layover. Sure enough, I missed the connection, and the Air Europa staff in Madrid were even less helpful, showing practically no problem-solving ability and even less empathy. In the end, I couldn't leave Madrid until 24 hours later and had to cancel half of my weekend plans in New York, frustrating friends and family who were expecting me. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. The indifference shown by Air Europa staff was outrageous."

Also, be aware that 50+ HK seats are reserved for the crew, I selected one of those in the outbound flight and they changed me to another seat that was near the toilet with no window. A really bad flight."

I wouldn't have been so offended if my partner wasn't so ill, and the attendant hadn't been so accusatory. We were marched back down the aisle, and made to feel like criminals. You pay for what you get. Flight down to London with BA was lovely in comparison - lovely staff, complementary drink and snacks, and overall a pleasant flight."

Cons: "They threw a black man off the flight for being rude. He wasnt being rude. He was travelling with gf for romantic weekend in Amsterdam. Despite quite a few passangers speaking sensibly on his behalf and despite him apoligising to keep himself on flight. Clear racism!!!!"
Cons: "Lady at the counter was absolutely rude and digusting. She had no manners and customer service at all. She was screaming at people to place everything in one bag, instead of saying it calmly. Not the best start of your holidays at 6am."

Pros: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Cons: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Cons: "We were delayed 50 minutes and the seats are uncomfy with no legroom. It is quite squashed and makes it worse when people put their seat back in front of you even though there are spare seats throughout the rest of the plane."

Cons: "We were taken by coach to a plane bound for Paris and were than told to disembark, to be taken to the correct plane for Palma! In the process a mother and her son that were left on the wrong plane had to be collected, before we could take off, which delayed the flight by 45 minutes."

Cons: "I used to think Easyjet were the most comfortable and relaxed budget airline but after a shouty girl at the boarding queue I then had to squeeze into a seat smaller than I remembered."

Worse still flight was delayed by an hour, another hour spent in this awful airport. We were called to gate 30 minutes before boarding and again very small waiting area with about 10 seats.
