The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.
They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.
The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.
Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag
we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge

More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
Affordable and plenty of leg room. Left seat assignment up to airline for the benefit of reduction in cost. They split my family of four up into different rows, leaving a minor on her own. Grateful for cabin staff asking someone to move to allow daughter to sit with my wife.
Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.
Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.
Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating
This was yet another excellent experience thanks to Ryanair, it's ground crew, cabin crew and air crew. Although our flight was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the late arrival of the inbound flight, the crew did their best to successfully minimise the delay with courtesy and efficiency. I also commend Ryanair for its choice of destination airport in this instance: Seve Ballesteros Airport in Santander is a modern, compact, well-kep and well-organised airport, where passing through security and passport control was a doodle thanks to its friendly and efficient staff. So take a bow, Ryanair - and keep it up!
East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!
