Need better food. The leg space between seats were small.

They could not check me in through to my final destination, even though it was through a partner airline. We departed the first flight 1.5 hours late, which gave me 45 minutes to run around the connecting airport trying to figure out where and how to get my next ticket. Very unpleasant experience and do not want to fly with Lufthansa again.

It was the worse experience seats too small , the service was so bad after 4 hours they served water and food , my monitor was not working I couldn’t watch movie or lesson to music , they selling the blanket and headphones We paid for checking bag only carry on was free It was bad and will never fly them

Pros: "Very confusing going through security."
Cons: "Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem."
Pros: "Great food. Nice staff."
Cons: "Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal."
Pros: "Great selection of entertainment"
Cons: "Food was not what I’m used to on Lufthansa"
Pros: "Crew was OK, seat was comfortable"
Cons: "No choice for food, for the last rows only pasta was left, bad calculation on crew side"
Pros: "We purchased seats with extra legroom and it was very, very much worth it. My husband is 6 foot four and he was able to stretch out his legs comfortably. Seats are not uncomfortable, which is different from some airlines we’ve been on, and we really like the adjustable headrest where the sides can be flipped up to keep your head from rolling around while snoozing. We like that the silverware is actually metal instead of plastic!"
Cons: "The screen that folded out of the armrest was so small that watching a movie on it gave us a headache. The furst meal/lunch was so-so. Personally I would prefer a mixed fresh salad with a little bit of ham or chicken on top instead of the attempt at a hot mushy entree. The second meal/dinner was Similar to a hot pocket. The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket – it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request."
Pros: "Everything was great. Not a single downside. Easy to follow announcements on connection, punctual and nice aircraft."
Cons: "Nothing."
Cons: "They Changed the terminal last minute and i miss the flight ! horrible experience i needed to pay new tickets 300$ ! i will never going to book or recommend to anyone to fly with your company.."
Pros: "The crew was very profesional . Our fly was safe and on time."
Cons: "Maybe variety of good movie could be better ."
Pros: "On time, good service and economy food was better than any other airline I have ever flown."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Had premium seat. But since you drive with the bus to the airplane you are mixed up with economy for boarding."
Pros: "Plane was comfy and staff was mostly real nice and attentive."
Cons: "Plane was late causing all kinds of commotion at the airport where to catch a transfer we were put on a bus for over 20min at 31deg weather with small kids. Not allowed to go to bathroom, it was terrible"
Pros: "Excellent crew, generous service, excellent vegetarian meals (my request), great help on telephone prior to flight"
Cons: "The flight was delayed but we were not given any information. Bathrooms dirty towards end of flight."
Pros: "The crew was very kind and helpful. Boarding was much more smooth compared to my flight to WAW."
Cons: "The seat creaked a lot and seemed to disturb the person sitting to my left when I moved the sitting part forward or back when I needed to."
Pros: "Plane was clean"
Cons: "Entertainment system locked up and did not work. I summoned crew but they never responded 3 times"
Pros: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Cons: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."
Pros: "Crew was OK"
Cons: "Business class seats are awful, as they are for all European flights. Regular seat with middle seat unoccupied. No entertainment at all (no movies, no music)"
Pros: "The new release movies included in the entertainment system were relatively new but not very many System had to reboot a couple of times Food and drinks were par with the industry standards nowadays"
Cons: "Food and drinks standards are lowered every year. Not necessarily LOT’s fault"

Boarding great. Didn’t eat or drink so can not comment.

Cons: "Nothing, the price is great and I would take a cheaper price for the flight over free drinks and food anyday"
Cons: "Both of my flights were at least an hour late"
Cons: "Flight was late leaving, boarding was unorganized. Stood on the tarmac for 20 minutes waiting to enter the rear door and then turned around to enter the front door."
Pros: "Easy flight time and Luton airport is small and manageable"
Cons: "Cleaner plane"
Pros: "New plane, so seats were much more comfortable than the ones going out on an older Easyjet plane"
Cons: "Should not have booked through Lastminute, as could not check in online before. Caused loads of problems. EasyJet could not sit us together. Our carry-on baggage ended up being placed in the hold, which is a pain."
Cons: "Long waiting time before departure. Audio Safety announcement without the crew pointing out visually the features and emergency excites and procedures"
Pros: "The crews were friendly and service was great. keep up Easy Jet."
Cons: "I tried to explain to the Kiwi associates 10 hours before departure that San Marco in Venice was flooded and that there was no way to get out of the hotel and to the airport. I tried to change my flight and was told that nothing could be done but that I would get a call in 2 -4 hours with a solution but did not. I missed the flight and fear that I will miss my connection. Stuck."
Cons: "Just not good enough for business travel. Stick to ahipping holiday makers who have a bit more flexibility on schedules!!"

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

Cons: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."
Pros: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Cons: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Pros: "crew and boarding was nice"
Cons: "don't stop the airplane 5 miles from the terminal in a pouring rain making everyone have to walk to the gate and getting soaked."
Pros: "Prices on in flight purchases"
Cons: "Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed..."
Cons: "Application instruction on baggage hande king and que to boarding."
Cons: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."
Pros: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Cons: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."
Cons: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."

Largas colas para el check-in, por seguridad, sin explicación, el equipaje de mano pequeño tuvo que pasar a bodega,

Cons: "First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service..."
Cons: "Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding."
Pros: "Price of flight was good."
Cons: "Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped."
Pros: "Next just to check if a person say that they have paid luggage . Just to have a look. Not just jump to you have to paid. I would have paid for something I had already paid for. That’s all. Not only was it a waste of time for me and for them as well. As the air hostesses had such attitude."
Cons: "I know the customer is not always right but it would not kill them to check if someone say something."
Pros: "absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Checking to make sure people carried on only 1 bag that was of correct size, not letting people run up and down the aisles, providing free water, more space, crowd control. Overall, it was the worst flight of my life, and I will never fly Ryan Air again."
Pros: "I got there nearly on time"
Cons: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. We then tried to use the faster entry on non priority to get into the lounge and were sent back to the priority queue. families with kids weren't given the option of getting on first. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of space for bags."
Cons: "This is my first time using Ryan Air. I have a very good experience."
Pros: "I got an email from Kayak letting me know that my flight was delayed from Shannon to Stansted I received the email at approx 23:00 the night before the 07:00 morning flight The email told me the flight was 3&1/2 hrs late Ryanair let me know at 0750 on the day 10 mins before take off A joke So thank god for kayak what an app Brilliant keep up the good work 3rd Jan 2019 flight FR102"
Cons: "Ryanair would have let me stand around for 3 1/2 hours Then told of the flight problem Thanks Kayak"
Cons: "I paid nothing for my bag going to Dublin and had to pay 10€ coming back. WHY???"
