Cabin crew decided to make sure that the seat belt sight was on for most of a 3 hour 45 minute flight preventing pax.to use the facilities and then giving me omg when confronted with the situation. They should bear in mind that if there would be any human waste on the seats it has to be treated as biological material and removed by a hazardous material team.

Cons: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."
Cons: "Luggage collection took a little while longer than I would have expected - only a minor point, nothing to change airlines for."

Cons: "Got to the airport at 5.15 am, got through security and only then was notified that flight was delayed from 6.45 till 8 am. No breakfast! As this flight was to Israel we were separated from passengers at the other gates and were not allowed to wonder round the duty free area to find coffee or anything to eat. Those without hand luggage were allowed but re checked and frisked at the extra security check. Even babies had shoes removed and feet scanned, so clueless. Then we never made it to Ovda but were diverted to Tel Aviv. Landed an hour late there and waited till they sent a bus to take us 4 hr journey to Ovda. Arrived in Ovda 7 hrs late, no food, no drinks tired and very hungry."

Cons: "It's the booking process and all the hidden ad-ons that will deter me from flying with Ryanair again. I paid CAD $130 for a seat plus $60 for a checked in bag (all together $190),a very expensive price to pay for a "low cost" no service airline. Your boarding pass printing fees and very early check in fees are very silly. Many better low cost airlines out there."
Cons: "We are being transferred by bus to Ovda. The airport will be shut for the sabbath and nobody knows yet how we will get to Eilat which is a further 45 minutes away. We weren't given food, nothing. I still have to pick up urgent prescription medication from an available pharmacy before I get home. Horrible experience. What's worse Eilat Airport is closer and weather OK there today"
